Absolutely appalling company and…

Absolutely appalling company and service from this company, badgering people to take out contracts while posing as being 02 called me a liar when confronted by this. I asked for the call transcript and he advised he had listened to them then said he hadn’t refused to give his name told me he was a manger. Really think he need some training on customer service as his are pretty poor. Refused to cancel her contract without telling her he wanted £200. Started bad mouthing 02 as a company self used him this was extremely unprofessional of him to do. Nothing was sorted and they have to be the worst company. Also tried telling me his name his Harris yet his email is amit.paul and I couldn’t speak to anyone higher as he is the highest that takes calls. Please beware as this company is preying on vulnerable people and taking advantage of. Absolutely disgusting

AVOID

TOTAL SCAM! This company needs closing down. Worse phone company I've ever used in my business. Very pushy to make you join them, feed you a load of rubbish that they will charge you less than you're current provider. Bad phone service, didn't always receive my calls. There seems to be only one person working there who sometimes go by the name as Harris. The good reviews this company has are probably just by people they know. Listen to the bad reviews, this company sucks!!

Scammed into contract extension without my knowing

I mistakenly signed up to this company after they continuously cold called me and stating they were calling on "behalf of o2"
Had no issues with the service until I had to contact them about moving on from their service. I found out they had signed me up to a 24 month extension based on a "verbal agreement" of which they had no proof it ever happened. They then sent me a contract of the day I had supposedly agreed and it was on the same day I was on a flight back to the UK from Australia. This company conned me into a contract extension I had not agreed to, went back on their original claim but still insist I pay a cancellation fee which I cannot find in my T&Cs or contract. In 8 weeks they have refused to help with a complaints procedure, proof of contract extension, call logs, managing director point of contact, confirmation of which ombudsman/ADR scheme they are signed up to, and no deadlock letter. And shocking customer service. I have now officially raised a case with the Comms Ombudsman.

Harris was extremely helpful

Harris was extremely helpful. He rang several times to keep me up to date with what was happening to the repair work. Openreach took a time as the fault was under ground and on a main road which needed traffic control. Harris kept me informed at all times, for which I am very grateful.

Harris is the person who helped me

Harris is the person who helped me, I am not great on technology. It is easy for me to get wound up, when I am not understanding things , but give him his due he kept his cool and managed to get me up and running. For which I am very grateful

AVOID. TERRIBLE ERROR THAT I WAS RECOMMENDED TO UK-TALK BECAUSE MY…

I WAS RECOMMENDED TO UK-TALK BECAUSE MY NEW O2 RESELLER COULDN'T GIVE ME A LAND-LINE SERVICE. WHAT A BAD MOVE. RECEIVED LAND-LINE TELEPHONE EQIPMENT BUT 2 OF US COULDN'T MAKE IT CONNECT. CONTACTED UK-TALK NUMEROUS TIMES AND SO DID MY IT SERVICE PROVIDER. UK-TALK JUST BLAME EVERYONE BUT THEMSELVES. I TOLD UK-TALK TO STOP BILLING FOR ZERO SERVICE (OR I WOULD DISH-THE-DIRT) AND THEY IGNORED THAT TOO. I CONTINUOUSLY TOLD THEM TO STOP CHARGING BUT THAT FELL ON DEAF EARS TOO. THEY NEVER OFFERED TO SEND ENGINEER TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE, JUST LEFT ME STRANDED FOR 7 MONTHS WITH NO WAY OF UN-DIVERTING CALLS TO MY MOBILE. ENDED UP PORTING MY NUMBER TO A SUPPLIER WHO COULD SUPPLY. EVERYTHING NOW WORKS. THEY WOULD HAVE RECEIVED NO STARS IF AVAILABLE. ALL THE SALES PEOPLE WANT IS A CONTRACT AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE.
MAYBE YOU WILL BE LUCKY, BUT I WOULDN'T RISK IT. COMPANY SHOULD BE REBRANDED AS
UK-NOTALK, NO JOKE.

Harris communicated great. Got straight on to Openreach who got the line repaired for my father asap. Very pleasant experience with no hassle. Very pleased with the whole process.

Absolute scam-AVOID!

Absolute scam, terrible service, money ripping, blocked me out of my mobile data that I actually paid for! Theft is the best word to describe them, avoid if possible! Cold callers misselling contracts, then you're in a terrible position, not being able to use your mobile

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers, harassed an 83year old continuous phone calls until they agreed to move to their service as it was "cheaper" and would incur no fees. Even without the cold calls this was absolute rubbish, he nearly go charged £120 from his current provider as they tried to push it through before the end of contract. It would have also worked out far more expensive. Please watch out for these people if you have elderly relatives, they are really ruthless

Cold callers

Cold callers - be careful! I have had two cold calls from someone calling himself 'Harry' trying his hardest to get me to switch. I told him it was not just about price, but about service as well. I checked out their website while he was on the phone - my internet security told me to steer well clear. Their site is a no-go area. I told 'Harry' this and he claimed it was out of date. Don't trust them; don't go on their website.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Overpriced contract. Lock you in for a minimum of two years. They don’t even send a bill each month! Go somewhere else!

Great customer service

Spoke to someone on the chat about a SIM replacement and turned out I had contacted the wrong company! They were lovely about it -I know they were probably thinking I was an idiot (and they would be right) but they even sent me the contact details of the correct company - what an example of great customer service.

Contacted about the telephone directory

I had been contacted by a lady called Kim, as I had sent UK Talk an email to say that I would like my details to be included in the next Telephone Directory. I have been promised that my details will appear in the next directory. I am pleased that she has phoned me back on 2 occasions and maybe 3 to tell me this. I am impressed with this service.
