I ordered the hammock,last year 2024 had to wait a few months, it arrived and it’s a fabulous piece of kit.im in the UK

In principle I like this product, but the reality doesn't measure up.

Bought as a gift to replace an old frame which was good but had reached the end of its life.

Purchased the full bundle.

With our own hammock the frame is too small and you sit on the base, when their hammock finally arrived (see below) it has the same problem very close to the base when your in it and you have to be careful not to bash your back when adjusting position in the hammock, very disappointing especially at the price point and the wait to get it all.

On the plus side physically it is well constructed and seems like a good strong frame just the geometry really needs revising for it to actually be of any use.

RE the wait, we received the package without the hammock or accessories, on contacting them, no response, in order to get a response had to go via Linkedin and track them down as no contact via the support line, once this was resolved it was ok and the owner was quick to respond and chased the warehouse to contact. They said they were out of stock and we had to wait, so missing out on the whole summer so 2024 was a write off straight away. Had to chase twice to get the delivery after seeing it was listed as in stock on the website.

Will ship to the UK but that doesnt include Scotland. No reason given. I can order and have it delivered to Carlisle but not Gretna 10miles away!!!

I've been waiting for this hammock to become available in the UK for at least 9 months. Saw an add on Facebook and yes it's now available. Ordered on Monday and got it Tuesday. Absolutely brilliant and definitely the best thing since sliced bread. Just in time for my European trip.

Ordered their well advertised hammock via credit card. Quickly got confirmation but then at 1:40 in the morning got an email to say order cancelled because they think its fraudulent. Credit card company says payment went to Hong Kong and has cancelled the card

Update: They have been transparent. Because I hide my ip address Shopify viewed my transaction high risk. They have refunded my money and offered a discount. Had they advertised they operate from China in the first place I would not have had the hassle I have had. They say they have UK warehouses but no detail given.
