Ordered a few times from this website but i boycotted it a few years ago when i started to receive the wrong products on expensive orders. Never used since!

If you need to return an item. They ask for so much information, pictures and videos. Trying to put you off. I will not use them again.. terrible service.

I ordered and paid for ear buds and sound bar at beginning of February before reading reviews!!! Silly me. Ear buds arrived yesterday , fortunately my granddaughter was here to talk me through operating/charging procedure. She’s very fluent with all things technical while I’m a technophobe.
So glad she was as one ear bud doesn’t work. She tried everything even looking on you tube to no avail.
I, of course emailed Banggood immediately only to be told I need to send photos and video. How do you send video of ‘no sound from one ear bud’ ?
Sent photos anyway and am awaiting response. After reading reviews I’m not gonna hold my breath.
The sound bar tracking says they attempted delivery yesterday. I was at home all day and my door bell is in full working order! No further update on delivery.
I can’t explain why I ordered with BANGGOOD, when I could have ordered both on amazon, where ‘reviews’ are favourable, specifications almost the same, delivery is fast and of equal price and no quibble returns/refunds.
I will submit further information as I receive it and if I’m proved wrong I’ll happily say so.

They don't ship to UK as told me no way to ship to your location , now trying to get £302 back , avoid at all costs!

Horrible customer support, packages taking ridiculously long. not worth it even if you see a sale unless its a cheap product.

I used to order from banggood 4 years back, back then there was no big deal. Now I ordered 2 products, paid for them. One of them is on it’s way, the other one is unexpectedly “Out of stock” after I bought it, items out of stock in the first place shouldn’t be available.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVING MARKET TRADERS. THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW WHEN THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEM OR THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO

My experience with this company is very poor. I ordered a 'special' keyboard for my grandson for Christmas. Unfortunately it wasn't working properly. I contacted them for an exchange but had to supply photos & a video for them to actually see the fault. I was unable to supply a video and after numerous emails they did say that could return to CHINA if I paid the return costs however there is such a lot of 'hoops to jump through with more photos, evidence of packing, customs slip to filled, tracking etc...etc... and if IF I could show proof of delivery they would give a refund for this item. To be honest being a Pensioner it wasn't worth the effort as I would have been surprised if a a Refund would have ever been received. I will NEVER use this company again too many rules & regulations to send anything back if an item is not 'fit for purpose. I have now lost £40.00 by being unable to return PLUS the added cost of a replacement gaming keyboard for my very disappointed Grandson. BE WARNED anyone thinking of purchasing technical equipment.

Cheap prices, great import tax avoidance facilities. BUT, if your order is wrong then getting it sorted is a serious pain. Do not expect to return it. Banggood will offer you a partial refund at best. So choose what you buy carefully. Regular stuff like batteries, torches, and things that are unlikely to go wrong or be faulty are fine. But car stereos, drones and things that have the potential to go wrong or fall short of expectations might be better sourced from a supplier who has a no nonsense return policy. This has been my experience based on a range of purchases.
Example of an Android Car Stereo headset. It just had several inherent faults that meant a return in 3 months. The best we got was £10 refund. However, the headset was cheap so you have to balance the pros with cons. So if you are selective then save some money, make sure you select the correct shipping insurance to avoid import charges and Banggood is fine.

I purchased a wltoys rc car from BANGGOOD for a Christmas present for my grandson. the shocks that came with the car are inferior friction shocks and not oil filled shocks as shown. sent pictures shipping details as asked .10 emails later they admitted the problem and asked if i would like to get the problem fixed in the uk and if it did not cost to much they would pay. They also agreed to send correct shocks out. i asked for them to send correct shocks out. They then emailed me how many shocks were wrong. I then emailed back all 4 shocks were wrong. Three day later i get a email saying i haven't responded and the case is now asking for all the details again.They admitted there's a fault now there time wasting . do not use this company just pay more for a better product that comes with professional customer service and a proper guarantee. TO top it of when opened for Christmas it doesn't even work .

What a dishonest company. I was promised a 20 working day delivery on the 15th November 2021 so I could get a laser engraver as a gift. They sent me tracking details etc. but they had never really sent the goods, only a waybill with intention to send at some point. This came to light when DHL informed me of this shady practice. Fortunately I paid through PayPay so Banggood will be forced to refund my money. Do yourself a favour, stay away from this dishonest company, you'll be lucky to see your goods or your money back.

Update 28th December 2021: This bunch of sharks have now written multiple times: According to them: My goods were shipped on the 22nd November (they were not). The were held up because of Covid (they were never shipped). I need to wait 3 days (lol). I need to wait 28 days (lol). I need to wait 37 days (lol). They have now definitely been shipped and are in transit (they are not). All these promises were within 3 days. They are a bunch of scam artists who take your money for goods they do have in stock then try to fool you into believing they've sent them. Avoid at all costs unless you want to read their lying excuses.

Always deliver on-time, used for several years and the customer service is good.
Ordered mobiles phones, laptop and gadgets all have been fine.

Don't understand when people say warranty is poor. When I have issues always sorted with a refund.

If the quality of the goods is poor for others I'm afraid Banggood don't. Manufacturer the product so would be same wherever you buy from.

Forget warranty on BANGGOOD, this is just for advertising... You must know that buying from this site is like gambling, if you have luck to get the product in good condition is ok, after that pray to god for your product to not break down because if you have problems, banggood customer care will do all they can to make you to quit ask for warranty... they will ask you a lot of stupid things as proof and they will ask you a lot of stupid questions, they will suggest you to call a local service for repair but at the same time they warn you that if the device is opened you will lose the warranty just to annoy you and then give up.
My fryer came defective from the manufacture, there shouldn't have been a problem replacing the product, but they had the audacious to make me the repair proposal in a local service, so that they could then tell me that the warranty is no longer valid for that the appliance has been disassembled.
They promise you a lot of things like politicians until you vote them, after that they forget everithing that they promised and you'll be on your own.

Terrible items.
It was suggested that I amend the defects on the product with a pair of scissors.
Poor quality, Poorly made.
Terrible customer service, Do not order from this company. I'm still trying to get my money back.

Very bad company to deal with if you have a problem with your order.
I sent an order for Eachine Mini Dragon radio controlled plane within 2 days after I had received it they had reduced the price to £52.34 I paid £78.57.
It took me ages to work through their complaints procedure asking them to refund the difference. Finally got a reply offering me points discount for my next order and was informedthey don't give refunds.
I am not ordering again from them again.

I orderd a two scooters on the 11 november only one came today witch is now the 23rd November the other says its still being shipped I've recived the scooter snd the back wheel is very stiff and the charger is not working I've emailed them and nit had a response so I've got one scooter what dont charge

Awful experience that mirrors many of the other people who have posted here. I ordered a Robo-Vac that arrived OK but after a few months decided to stop cleaning all of the rooms.
Despite sending them videos and photos of this they just kept delaying and have now asked me to send photos from when it was working! Ah, of course we all take photos and videos of all equipment that is working as it should, don't we?
As other people have said, I see this as just time-wasting and delaying. (Even the makers of the Robot have decided that it's a defective unit ... an email I have provided to BangGood).

Ordered an android TV box from Banggood it was my first order with them, absolutely brilliant service arrived with the no problems and an easy five stars will use again.
