had good experience with BG. customer service has been excellent. my phone came with defect, they accepted the return and refund immediately the order plus shipping fee without waiting the phone to reach the return destination (btw it is still in transit)

I ordered a BMAX Y13 laptop from Banggood on 01/02/0202. I have still not received it in spite of constantly emailing them and getting nowhere! I have consequently asked for my money to be refunded to me in full several times with no luck!! However, they have JUST said that they can now "help me with a full refund". I have little or no confidence that this will happen!!! I will let you know.

To be fair to them, I can tell you the following...
I wanted to cancel an order a few hours after I had made it, as it turns out what I was ordering isn't quite what I was after. I fully expected to be give the runaround or excuses made and I thought I would get nowhere when initially I was talking to a bot. But, I was quickly referred to a human (I think) and my order was cancelled before it had finished processing according to my time line. So, I for one have no complaints. I will be keeping an eye on my payment however for the next few days to see what happens!

Would give them a -5 if I could. Banggood sent me a email with some offers. A battery handsaw was shown with two batteries reduced from 29.99 to 9.99, which I ordered. There was no small print on the advert. Ordered then later saw some review that people were only getting a blade or a plug. Went back to the order and found in small print a list of what you get under #1-9. My order had a small #2 which stands for a sole plate, I immediately tried to stop the order which was about 2 minutes after I ordered to be told it had been shipped, and yes it was a sole plate.
Do not order from this company.

They ripped me off, sent a desk full of missing parts then, refused that they pay for a return, under the consumer law, did a charge back on my debit card, they challenge it even after I had overwhelming evidence and even said they refund it and did.

They are sly, ruthless and I beg people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They do not have U.K. address so you can file for a small claims case against them, 2 debit card chargeback are useless and let them get away with it.

I’m £60 out of pocket and I’m gutted, that I cheated and let down by my credit debit card Monzo and also Bangood a ruthless and sly company ripping U.K. consumers off.

U.K. Consumer law is rubbish when companies like are selling in U.K. and hiding there U.K. address

My partner ordered a phone in October 2020. Despite emailing repeatly requesting a refund as we couldnt wait what is now 5 months, we have received no phone and no refund. We understand that the pandemic has held up shipping but the lack of communication and transparency is disgusting. We have used this company before, with no issue. We will never use it again and will continue to request our money back.

Hi second time user of Banggood. Latest item turned up super quick and as described. You can ask for more in these dark days!! Congrats to them.

Did not receive an item in shipment, Banggood told PayPal that they had tracking information and refused refund. Be careful as you have little or no consumer protection. A shame as the items that did arrive were good.

Non functioning watch. Accepted had to refund after PayPal intervened but now saying I have to pay customs duties and postage to return it. No help, prevaricate, lie etc etc . Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a small 7 inch touch screen monitor (1024X600) for $49 to be used in a PC case upgrade project. The screen arrived with the glass touch screen cracked, the display still worked. After contacting Banggood they wanted to know everything about the item, they wanted video (posted on youtube) and photos of not only the screen but the packaging as well. It seems that trust is not high on their agenda. They offered to get it repaired locally, but I would have to arrange it and get a quote before they would authorise it. This was not going to happen and I told them as much since I couldn't source a replacement touch screen and neither could they. Eventually they offered me $30 off which means it has cost me $19 for a screen without a touch panel (that I never needed anyway). I feel I've fell on my feet with this one since I've removed the broken glass and I am using the monitor now as I intended. However, their lack of trust over their customers and the lack of return offer is concerning, I will be carefully weighing up any future purchases from Banggood.

Ever since brexit, banggoods prices and postage costs to the UK are totally insane. Also, many items can't be shipped to the UK either. What a nightmare they have become. I'll probably close my account with them and try another retailer.

I have order two items from Banggood using their coupon system to take advantage and reduce prices even further.
I have ordered a nitro engine and a RC transmitter. Both work great and are exactly as described.
Postage was a little slower than expected - but is got here eventually.

Really disappointed. Pc ordered on 15th December, still waiting on 2ñd February. Contacted customer service via chat, told to check with my local post office. When I inputted the tracking number, it's actually Parcelforce who are the courier and they have no information on it. When I called to talk to someone, not in the UK, he accused me of using 'Rhetoric', which really didn't calm my mood, was told I had to wait another week to claim a refund and then it could take 14 days to get the money. I won't use this company again.

This Company is currently swamping advertising on many sites. They are a scam. Don't be drawn in, especially by the fake reviews they are quite clearly buying in. Think about it. It's a giant leap to go from a one star review to a five in the blink of an eye. That seems to happen when the bad reviews are drowning out the few positives. Seriously, don't bother buying from whoever is behind this so called business.

Initially i had some problems with my order, but customer service helped me to resolve it within less than a week. A to be honest it went better than at many local shops.

Have ordered many things from Banggood but now unable to contact customer services or send anything back under warranty so will be using AliExpress which is much better to contact the seller directly.

As per the below a really poor service when goods are damaged they don't want to know. Bought a FIMI X8 drone from them. It's faulty so can't fly. Sent them information and evidence of the fault (video on youtube - as they requested) and still no joy just fobbed off. 7 day guarantee is not honoured (shame on you banggood) and 30day money back again no good as they give you an address for China. Send an item back at your own risk as they still wont honour this saying the item was received damaged during transit. DONT TRUST THEM - DONT BUY FROM THEM - DO TELL OTHERS OF YOUR EXPERIENCES - HIT THEM HARD TO PROTECT OTHERS - DISHONEST COMPANY (see others reviews)

Banggood used to be good and I had no issues with them.Years ago , I gave them 5 stars. In the last 1 year, i have nothing but trouble. I order items from the UK warehouse, with insurance and tracking. Three weeks have passed and the parcel did not reach DHL center. Each time I get a standard answer from Banggood. This happened to me many times. Not to forget the poor packaging and damaged goods. My experience is that the service quality of Banggood dropped a lot. As a wholesales customer, I will stop my business with Banggood inthe future. Please avoid banggood, do not order or believe their sales tactics.

I bought a TV from them which turned out to be broken now I have a problem with getting my money back I have no help from them they completely do not answer my request.
I also have a problem with other goods I bought on their side first did not come and the other was in a different colour.
this store are scammers if you do not want to lose money, do not shop there.

I bought as advertised a pair of leather hand stitched shoes, when they arrived they were PLASTIC.I returned the shoes which cost £8.80 they promised to return my payment plus the £8.80 carriage .All they credited was £29.50 for the plastic shoes. The goods were misrepresented in the advert. I have communicated with 3 different departments at Banggood by email 3-4 times.
I would not use this company again.
