I placed an order and it was canceled…

I placed an order and it was canceled without notifying me (I had to write to them to find out the status of my order). They did not tell me the reason for the cancellation nor did they reply to my emails again. I have already received my refund but it seemed unfair, I have been a regular customer for 3 years and deserved at least to be notified that the order had been cancelled. I could spend weeks waiting for my order without knowing that it had been cancelled. However this is a review for the page and the support. Not for the products, the products are great.
