Not exactly pleased, out of contract and looking to move merchant providers as Clover can't come close to the prices i've been quoted from another big provider, only to find that the terminal lease is a separate contract to the merchant service itself and in the words of the help desk it's just a £100+vat cancellation fee.. Bargain.. Oh well, that's Clover off my radar for good now. Shame really as I have no complaints about the service in the 32 months i've been with them.

Was having a nightmare trying to change the recipient bank account with the banking team.

One of the most exorbitant expenses for small business owners is the £94 charge, per month which includes VAT. It's simply too steep for many to handle. Unfortunately, I wasn't permitted to discuss this issue with anyone else. I reached out to two colleagues, and they both confirmed that this was the best solution available.just tooo expensive
