Amy on the sales desk was absolutely amazing. Quick to answer the phone, hugely knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. She helped me not only with my upgrade but also with some problems I had with the activation of the new machine. She has all the answers at her fingertips and is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend talking to her above anyone else at Clover - she is, in short, superb.

I have recently moved to Clover for card payments in my business of ten years.
The process was made very easy with the hep of Adam Clayton (Clover UK)
Clover offered great rates and a card payment terminal which is bang up to date (unlike my previous machine supplied by my previous supplier).
Adam was very good, he called and emailed my to discuss all the neccessary stages of swapping over.
Setting up of the card terminal ways straight forward, and Adam offered a couple of customised tweeks in order to make card payments even easier.
I would like to thank Adam for his help, and I would reccomend Clover UK to anyone.

Be very careful... their basic plan does not allow to break down the VAT amount on the flex terminal. This means you can only charge gross amount, it won't show net amount +20% vat. This is something completely hidden and not made obvious upfront. Nowhere do they inform that the device won't offer you to show VAT. However, if you pay an additional 6.99 they will offer you an inventory feature that will enable this. Basically they sell a bicycle without wheels. Any terminals we had before offered this feature upfront. Takepayments was much better and transparent about the pricing. We feel deceived.

I wanted to onboard with Clover as their terminals are snazzy. I spoke with Bradley Carey on the sales team who was very polite and eager to help all he could. I had many questions and Bradley was hands on from the get-go to give me exactly what I want. It was very easy to get going and Bradley explained all the steps clearly. I really couldn't recommend Bradley enough, and the terminal is great and simple to use. We have loved using it
5/5, 100% would recommend.

Terrible service. Seem incapable of receiving emails with requested documentation. Three different email addresses used and nothing was ever received.
I dont have that problem with anyone else so it sounds like a you problem.

Absolutely scam.
For one year contract, they put me in 4 years contract. They said it’s rental free and they put me £21 per month. Completely opposite what they said. Be away of them.

Helpful, but only when he responds. Could take days and have made a few mistakes when helping setting up our business such as putting incorrect details which lead to no income coming into our accounts and took a while to solve them.

We approached a few companies when we were looking into changing provider, non of the others gave a service as quick, simple and efficient as Clover. The area consultant Adam Clayton was very knowledgeable and helpful thought the whole process from the application to helping set up the new terminal. We would recommend to anyone looking for a new provider.
