Unprofessional experience!

This review is for it.coach.com

I was sent a used, damaged bag despite there being no indication that the bag was a used model in the product description on the website. There was no protective packaging, tags had been cut, there was a stain on the front, scratches on the leather bottom, and the metal feet were completely worn. I was really disappointed and sent the bag back immediately.

The other accessories I bought and returned to go with the bag have been refunded. However, I am still waiting for a refund for the damaged bag. It's unbelievable! There has been zero communication from Coach.

As a long-time customer of Coach in the US, I am really surprised. I honestly cannot recommend this website.

Very disappointing I order two pairs of coach earrings which were both faulty emailed them numerous times and only got short replies and no help I asked for a refund or replacement pairs and now have just been ignored.

I ordered the black tabby 26 and it came damaged and it was not packaged properly which is why it probably got damaged. I exchanged it for another one and I called up and explain the situation and told them to package it properly so the new one wouldn’t come damaged as I would not be exchanging it again and again I would’ve just bought it from somewhere else if it came damaged again but the second time the box was bigger, and every single part of the bag was packaged. It took ages to remove it all which is a very good thing and it was packed amazingly and that is how it should be packed with all bags all the time.
