Awful company - do not spend your hard earned money with them. I bought a walk pad, after a week I asked where it was, got ignored for a few days before being told they can’t ship it to me so offered me a refund. They then decided to deliver the item to me and told me I have to reject it so that my refund could be processed - the refund that should’ve already been processed 4 days prior!! 10 days later I still don’t have money back so have to dispute it via my credit card which I thankfully used!!!

Utterly horrendous experience retuned the treadmill and they have taken my money again . Do not buy from this company . Been told 7 days for a refund this company needs to be exposed for what they are doing .

DO NOT buy from this company. It is a complete scam. I have waited over a month trying to get my product and now a refund. Once you speak to someone via the hotline. Nothing happens. It has been so stressful dealing with every aspect of this and I am yet to receive my refund! Which I very much believe will not be provided. DO NOT make the same mistake I did.

Think twice before ordering with this company. Cancelled my order within 10 mins of placement - they sent it anyway. Was told I could refuse delivery, then told I should accept and that I would be supported with an immediate return and refund. Then told I had to submit photos of the box to return? It's been 3 days, no response from customer service, no ability to escalate it on the phone or via email. A very poor set-up and after sales. If you decide to keep the product and it breaks, good luck.

Ordered a Q1 Mini Walking Pad and was delivered in specified timeframe - good start, or so I thought. Was a seriously considered purchase, from what looks like a known company with a decent reputation.
Unfortunately decided to return - should have read these reviews beforehand. What a nightmare - beginning to realise it's merely a storefront, and you can't get hold of anyone, via email, Instagram or phone.
They clearly don't want to deal with their customers who wish to return & be refunded. Disgraceful after sales support & pretty sure trading standards have already had plenty complaints. Avoid, avoid, avoid - I just want my money back!!!

Order UK-DR39016 – On 17 January 2026 at around 10:30am, I travelled 63 miles from Nottingham to the following pickup location: DeerRun Brand Store – West Midlands, Unit 3 & 3a, Granada Trading Estate, Oldbury, B69 4LH. Despite following the address, I was unable to locate the store. The only place with a similar name was “SuperRun”, but its gate was locked and there was no visible way to contact anyone on site.
I tried to contact them by email as well as phone and ended up without help.
I still don't know if I am going to receive my product at all.

it never arrived - apparently lost in transit - i have asked for refund, apparently will take 7 days. no doubt i will post again saying that has been delayed.
i ordered a similar treadmill on amazon and got it in 2 days - thats how it should work!

The treadmill itself works well and we are generally happy with it after one month. However the customer service is poor.
I asked a general question regarding a build up of white powder on the machine after use. Instead of receiving some simple advice I received an off the shelf reply asking me to send videos and photos of the serial and order numbers. I did this and then received a second generic reply instructing me how to reset the belt - no mention of what the powder was or if it was a concern. (I suspect the powder is probably some sort of silicone lubricant and probably not an issue).
I feel this is a typical “Chinese made” outfit who aren’t at all interested in helping customers once a purchase has been made. I genuinely hope I never need real help from them.
Sadly, I won’t be recommending the machine or the company to anyone. Poor show Deer Run!
Edit: the reply to this review sums them up perfectly; a generic response asking for basic information already provided. Does nobody even bother to read the reviews before shooting off a bog standard reply?

Ordered a treadmill on 5 Jan still waiting for delivery update. Rang last week they said it would be posted between 16 - 18 Jan. it is now the 20 Jan just rang again and said it will be shipped between 22 - 25 Jan. Explained to call centre you told me last week it was would be delivered between 16 - 18 and they said they didn’t have it in stock! Seriously this beyond a joke…how can this company get away with this? No emails updating me on anything! UPDATE: I emailed Deer run on 25 January and requested to cancel my order (due to not been sent out for delivery). They replied back on the same day apologising and said if I kept my order they would knock £10 off for me? I laughed to myself. Seriously. Anyway I got a full refund which took a few days to come through.

It is a well made product and reasonable price. Also the delivery was as advised.
Took nearly two weeks be delivered but worth the wait, and used daily since.
The product itself is great. I did find tracking my order difficult and when I emailed you to ask where it was, I didn't get a response until after my product got delivered.
Update
I wrote a review 3 days ago so here’s an update
I spoke with a gentleman on the mobile number chat support had said to call.
He listened for 15 minutes as I vented my frustration very strongly at how poor they had been in communicating, not answering calls or emails and that I was speaking to Citizens Advice about going to Trading Standards.
He assured me he would do everything he could and contact customer services to escalate my complaint. At that point I said I just wanted a refund.
We received a notification that morning a refund would be processed and today the money has reached our account. So thank you to whoever it was I spoke to.
It’s a shame it had to be like this because all I wanted was a walking pad and still don’t have one.
So thank you DeerRun for the refund but I would still avoid this company it’s not worth the hassle. Hence still only 1 star.

Took ages to arrive. Very little information on delivery date. Faulty on arrival. This looks to be a return that they’ve just repacked and sent out. Made in China, total rubbish. Called the helpline which is offshore. Still waiting for them to arrange a refund.

Item was 5 days late and two emails to DeerRun asking for updates went unanswered. After this review was left the customer services team contacted and apologised for the service I received offering a £20 refund. I accepted and hope their service will be improved in the future.
