Donner deliver but it takes time!
First the bad - The UK Donner website leads you to believe that the item is in stock in a UK warehouse, will be dispatched quickly, and will arrive 3-5 business days afterwards.
After 10 days, I had heard nothing and was starting to worry about whether the website was genuine. The phone number on the website did not work and when I looked up the address of the warehouse on google maps, and it did not appear to be related to Donner.
Now the good - if you are patient and order the item, it will arrive. The uk service email for Donner does work and someone replied to me very politely to let me know what was going on and when to expect the delivery.
The box arrived very well packaged. The quality of the equipment is very good considering we bought an entry level Donner drum set. It is very easy to build, feels pretty solid and sounds good. My daughter is very happy with her first drum set.
Overall, I am happy with the UK Donner website - maybe just don`t expect the delivery to be very quick.
