Super hassle free! Love being able to receive a free sample of the product you’ve purchased to try before opening, super helpful! I personally had to return the Green CC corrector as I am very pale and gave me a slight green tone but was able to get it returned and replaced very quickly and customer service was very kind and efficient!

I'm grateful to Lilia because she had dealt with my issues straightaway and was understanding and kind.

I recently contacted Erborian about the new CC Creme formula which has recently changed. I find the new one quite claggy to apply, much heavier than the original, it also sits very shiny and pores now visible. The old creme was perfect and I left reviews reflecting 5 stars for this at the time. On this occasion I found their customer service representative very abrupt to the point of rude when advised about this. I had also asked if they had old stock I could purchase or advise of stockists who may still have it, told No and my comments would be passed on. I've now deleted my account with them and found a tube of the original on eBay for half the price.

Such great customer service from Lilia! She helped me choose the right products for my skin type and colour, which was so helpful. The BB cream is super, feels really nice, colour looks v natural. Had it not been for Lilia’s expert advice, I may have chosen the wrong colour, so I’m very pleased with this company and I will buy from them again.

I love this brand, so when my recent order got lost by a postman I contacted the Customer Services. I got through to Lilia on email and she resolved the problem within half hour, my goods were re-send to me free of charge. Thank you for your help Lilia! Excellent work

I’ve used Erborian products for a good few years now. I recently made an online purchase but forgot to use an offer code advertised on their website for a free gift. I emailed customer services and asked if I could possibly add the free gift to my order. I didn’t really think they would give it to me, but, to my surprise, Lilia from their team responded and said that would be no problem at all and sent over an email to confirm the free gift order. I’m a very happy customer.

Really wanted to try the anti-redness cc cream and finally got the smallest size in a sale and even though the colour is perfect, it dried my skin out so much that it was itchy by the end of the day and I had peeling patches on my cheeks and all over my nose.

I recently had an issue with contacting Erborian UK through their online contact form, which I suspect wasn’t working properly. After submitting it twice (on both my laptop and phone) with no response for about two weeks, I decided to call. I spoke with a very helpful representative who provided me with an email address to send details about my product issue along with the batch number.

To my surprise, I received a call the same day, and they promptly arranged for a replacement item to be sent out. The customer service was outstanding—quick, friendly, and efficient.

I’ve always loved Erborian products, and after this experience, I’m even more confident in continuing to use them. The Night Oil Serum in particular works wonders for my skin! I highly recommend both the products and the company.
