I have superb service from Jerry

I have superb service from Jerry. The doorbell now I am getting used to it, having initially had a lot of issues, first with installing it, and then the chime not connecting. My review is in relation to the customer service, it was brilliant.

What a great camera…

A great deal on a very good outside camera with lighting. Quick delivery and easy to install.

Eufy is reliable and gives me peace of mind with my home security. Highly recommend.

DELIGHTED AND FEELING REALLY SECURE CUSTOMERS

Ordering was really easy and delivery was very quick . Friends who had experience installing the equipment volunteered to do this task which we more than welcomed.
The effectiveness of the system is excellent and provides peace of mind which will be even more appreciated when we are away

Good build quality

Good build quality, started with the doorbell works well battery life could be better. Then got the E30 camera it says 128g sd card but will not format used 32g instant, works great. Then got the S340 camera this is almost at the limit of my wi fi tuck some time setting up but now working well, found out software on my phone old working great on new tablet, no fee's, no ads, Happy

I decided to change to a system that…

I decided to change to a system that did not leave me at the mercy of yearly subscription price rises. Wise choice. The equipment is very easy to set up. The pictures from the door bell are clear day and night. The App is straightforward to use.

Very easy to set up. I like the face recognition and that is easy to set up. Still need time for system to settle down. Found having the homebase useful.

Bought the 3 in 1

Bought the 3 in 1 - honestly don’t bother this has been the biggest waste of money ever
I’ve had it for 3 months and in that time I’ve had to buy 4 replacement brushes for the robot vacuum as I have two golden retrievers and their hair gets caught in the plastic at the sides which then burns - basically useless
The motor is so weak it really only picks up crumbs
Wish I’d bought a shark/dyson instead
