An appalling experience. I have started a small claims court procedure in an attempt to recoup my lost phone/money.
An appalling experience. Their customer service is bordering on non existent, they have no phone number and ignore messages for 10 days or more and even if they do reply they don't answer questions but instead attempt to stall or fob you off. I do not believe they are based in the UK as they claim. The upshot is I still do not have my order and its the 13th October. I am now having to start a small claims action against this "UK" Chinese based company.
UPDATE. I managed to recoup my money via Paypal 31st October, so did not need to file a small claims. Paypal were helpful in this instance but it was still an awful experience from start to finish.
