My experience has been exceptional with eXciteOSA it has been over 2 years I have been using the company it has completed got rid of my sleep apnea and snoring, the service from the company has been extraordinary they guide you through it all simple and straightforward. I would recommend to worldwide patients.

Having been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, I began using the eXciteOSA device on March 17, 2023. After 60 days of consistent daily use, my results weren't as good as expected. So I called the company customer service department and they agreed to give me 30 more days on the money back guarantee if I wanted to keep using the device. I accepted their offer and I am glad they gave me the extra time. I did a second sleep test on June 24-25. The results were very positive. Per my Doctor, my AHI went from 31 down to less than 4 after three months using the device. And my average oxygen level increased by 6 percentage points up to the mid 90's. I am extremely pleased with the results. Now I won't have to use a CPAP device or have surgery.

Life Changing device!
In April 2023 I went to my endocrinologist because I was not sleeping at night, extremely exhausted during the day and generally miserable. I also had a daily sore throat and phlegm upon waking. I was unable to drive because my exhaustion was so bad. My Dr. explained to me that based on my symptoms I most likely had sleep apnea. I researched it and went on TikTok for any suggestions on how to help my sleep apnea (my sleep study isn't until Aug 29, 2023). I found a TT about exciteOSA tens units. I've struggled with sleep apnea for several years but was unwilling to use a CPAP. I tried a dental oral device but it caused jaw issues for me. eXciteOSA has been a game changer. I no longer have breathing disturbances on my oura ring and I'm sleeping alot better.

The device is easy to use and allows me to make and keep progress on combating my mild sleep apnea. The amount of time invested is minimal. I wish the device had a little longer usable life so that we do not have to replace the mouthpiece so often.

I was exceptionally happy to find the eXcite OSA device when searching for a proactive way to treat my sleep apnea, instead of being locked into a passive solution that would impact my sleep (like cpap). The treatment is super simple, and any concerns about discomfort went away after the first session. What surprised me is I experienced better sleep and a greatly reduced snore score in the first couple weeks. The tech is super easy to use, the support team is very responsive, and most importantly it works. I am so relieved eXcite OSA has been made available!

I was having some difficulties purchasing
A new mouth piece and patient support was very helpful . I wish I started there instead of driving around and making phone calls that continued with misguided information . This is a thank you for being support and solving an issue . As for me I'm on day 51 I still have some snoring but my wife says I'm not tearing the paint off the walls anymore .

This has been a truly amazing device that has help my sleep. I can’t begin to tell you how effective this has been.

Edit - I am changing my review to the lowest score as excite refuse to ship replacement mouthpieces. The excuse given is "Supply chain issues". The truth being that they have taken a lucrative contract in the US at the detriment to their European Customers health. I am now back at severe apnoea and worse than before.

I'll try to keep this short, I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnoea, I could not adapt to CPAP at all. After Covid I went from moderate to severe apnoea. On my own research I found eXcite and my sleep specialist was open to me trying it. eXcite is not available in my country on health insurance.

I now have mild sleep apnoea and hope it will improve even more.

I had tried other treatments to no avail. Custom made mandibular device, negative airway system and others

I used a CPAP machine for 4 years. Struggled with the mask and finally I just couldn't take it anymore. My doctor advised I give the eXciteOSA a try. I did and for the first time in 4 years I had a good nights sleep!

Good for mild sleep apnea. Tried for 3 months & saw improvement. Stopped for 3 months & getting headaches, thus going back to trying it again. Long term weight control & good diet / exercise is the key but this new technology or essentially exercising the tongue seems to helps mild apnea.

I have been using the device for 56 days and am seeing significant improvement. The treatments are well tolerated and easy to do. The few times I had problems, I was easily able to reach an agent and the customer service was excellent. The advantages of this daytime treatment to CPAP is huge so I would urge anyone with OSA to try this treatment first.

I have been using the device about six months and can see a definite difference. I sleep better, have more energy, and just feel better overall. The device is easy to use and beats a cpap hands down.

This device has helped so much with my snoring and sleep apnea. My snoring had gotten so bad that my partner and I started sleeping in different rooms. We are now back to sleeping in the same room and they don't wake up anymore. I recommend this to anyone suffering from snoring and sleep apnea.

I have seen several improvements. A reduction in snoring and an increase in energy. It is a convenient way to address moderate sleep apnea without have to sleep in a CPAP machine.

I have just completed the 6 week phase of every day use. One thing that’s for sure is I no longer dream that I’ve stopped breathing and I only need to get up once in the night if at all. The reason for taking a star away is to make any new patients aware of the ongoing costs. The mouthpiece needs replacing every 3 months. It has a chip in it and has electrodes, meaning that it is not cheap. Given the recent increase in price, you’re looking at an extra £240 a year on top of the initial device cost. That said, can you put a price on a good night’s sleep??? I hope they develop cheaper/longer lasting mouthpieces in the future.

I have been using the device for near 6 months daily (missed a few days). I have had no improvement in snoring or with my apnoea events being reduced. My recent sleep study and apnoea events report show no improvement whatsoever, so the device isn't delivering what it claims.

I decided to stick with it and happy to carry on for a year and see what happens, however today was the last straw. I went to use the device and it would not work as it says I need a new mouth piece, which I was told needs replacing after 90 days of use. I only got 45 days of use with the latest mouth piece and the app won't work unless I purchase another. The price of the mouth piece has increased recently.

The initial cost of the device and the limited use of the mouth piece requiring repurchase every few months makes this an expensive solution, which has no guarantee of working.

This is my experience and I would have been happy to keep using the device if I wasn't cheated on the use of the mouth piece.
