The EXciteOSA has made a noticeable improvement in my sleep apnea. Customer service is also excellent.

I have been using this device for almost 2 years now and it works great for me. Just 20 minutes a day at your convenience for the first 40 sessions and twice a week after that is amazing. I can not think of a greater device to improve my sleep quality.

I was diagnosed with Mild Sleep Apnea by my local VA Medical Center. We did a trial on the CPAP machine but it was just too uncomfortable for me. My Sleep Doctor suggested we try the Excite OSA Therapy. After she explained how it works and how it may benefit my situation, I agreed to give it a try. It has worked out very well for me with improved quality and duration of sleep. Plus it's a very easy Therapy session before I go to bed and my VA doctor is very good at ordering me replacement mouthpieces. All in all, it has worked out very well in addressing my mild Sleep apnea issues.

At times I was unable to start the session the devices wouldn't connect and had to wait until the next day to connect the 2 devices.

I am very excited about my results using the Excite OSA device. I am sleeping great, no wake up headache and I am not tired during the day anymore. I recently had an issue with my mouth piece and the team at Excite quickly looked after me and it was resolved without interfering with any of my sessions.

Great support from eXciteOSA. I love how this product creates a natural solution. I cannot wait to no longer be tethered to the side of my bed by my CPAP hose. The device is comfortable, easy to use and takes very little time. I still need a little more training before I can leave my CPAP machine behind but it's going to be great.

I use excite 2 times per week. My sleep every nite goes well. I love it because it is better than cpap.

I use excite osa since last year and I am very happy to use it every day. Dr recommended me to use twice a week but I prefer use it every night before I go bed. It helps me a lot. Thank u

ExciteOSA has help me reduce my snoring greatly. It has decreased the level of noise significantly. I would recommend this to anyone who has tried everything available in the market that didn't work.

The eXciteOSA therapy has worked well for me. I use an app that records my snoring minutes. Before the therapy, my snoring frequently totaled 20-30 minutes several nights a week. Now my snoring is usually in the single to low double digits several nights a week, with no snoring nights happening once or twice a week. I experience 20+ minutes of snoring only every couple of weeks now. I think the maintenance therapy is easy to keep up with and has provided me with real benefits. I’ll be doing a home sleep study in a couple of weeks to confirm. I do suggest that Signifier supply all current and new patients with a REAL case to hold the device, mouthpiece, mouthpiece connector cap and charging cord. It is too easy to lose the small parts. Also, it would be great if the app had two things: a spot in the app that shows how many days before the mouthpiece will expire (maybe I’m missing it?) with the date when I’ll start getting reminders to reorder plus the phone number to call with questions (I never go to your website). Otherwise, am grateful for the therapy and the improvement in my sleep.

This was an expensive experiment and despite the cost, I was somewhat sceptical of the prospects for success. BUT, I have to say that having just completed my initial 6 weeks, and amused many friends in the process with stories of what I was doing; it has been amazing. Having had up to 30% of my night snoring; the last 6 nights; not quite in this order have been 9%,8%,7%,6%, 5% and last night 4%. Another app records my general sleep score which, in the last month has been the best for 1 year. I will continue using this as I have no desire to go backwards and would definitely recommend it.

This is my second review for the ExciteOSA device. after 18 months of usage I was able to take a full sleep study at my local VA hospital which. I am their first patient who is using this device so naturally the doctor was skeptic. Well the sleep study showed a very dramatic improvement in my AHI numbers. 18 months ago I was at 16 events per hour. I am now at six events per hour! The sleep department was very impressed and I will be seeing my sleep doctor very soon to see what she thinks. I will continue to use this device and hope that it continues to get better and better each year. If anyone has any doubts I would highly recommend you give this a try. Be patient and be diligent.

I used the Excite OSA device for twenty minutes daily for six weeks, then started continuous therapy twice a week. I started at 7 and gradually built up to 11-12. It really is not difficult or painful to use. My Ahi was 7.7 in 2019 before I started using a cpap. My repeat sleep study after using the Excite OSA device was .3!!! I am beyond thrilled. I am hoping to wean off my cpap and keep using this device.

My husband is no longer snoring. He is sleeping soundly. He loves his exciteOSA and I am resting better too.

It worked. I was previously relegated to our guest bedroom. After 40 days of therapy we had a spring break with my family. My wife was excited that I was no longer snoring! I'm allowed back in the master bedroom.

I started using the Excite OSA unit several months ago as a treatment for mild to moderate sleep apnea. I did not want to have to use a CPAP machine, so when the Excite OSA unit was offered as a potential alternative, I jumped at the opportunity. Recently, I had an in-lab sleep study done that indicated that I have had a significant improvement in my numbers and that the Excite OSA had worked well, doing what it was supposed to. The unit is easy to use, the customer service has been great (thank you, Joel!), very responsive, and helpful with questions. For me, this unit has been excellent, and it has yielded better than expected results. Thank you Excite OSA!

I found eXciteOSA on a web search looking for CPAP and surgical implant alternatives. I had tried mouthguards and they weren't working for my mild/moderate sleep apnea. I was unable to use a CPAP regularly because it was causing lung and chest pain on the lowest settings. I would dread going to sleep every night because I would often dream of being suffocated or drowning and would wake up feeling worse than I did before I went to sleep. Within a week of using eXciteOSA I was able to start experiencing restful, dream-filled sleep (no more nightmares of suffocating). I've been using it for over a year and it's given me my life back in so many ways. I recommend giving it a try for anyone with sleep apnea.

I was apprehensive in spending quite a lot of money on this but it's proved to be one of the best decisions as customer service is unbelievable, While this hasn't worked for me so I am getting refunded which on the face of it is not a big deal! But! My unit was stolen with my bag on boxing day and when I contacted them to make sure no one else could use it they actually sent me a replacement free of charge and so I've used this for 52 days since but as I say it's not working for me!

I felt the benefit in improved sleep from about 2 weeks into the programme. After 6 weeks snoring has virtually disappeared ( wife ecstatic) and sleep quality much improved. I have better energy throughout the day. A great success for me personally.

The monthly subscription model isn't ideal.
