It looks professional like a book - album.
And a beautiful gift for a loved one.
Quick lead time and delivery. I received the album ahead of time.

This is the 12th prestige 30x30 book

This is the 12th prestige 30x30 photo-book I’ve had from Foto.com. I do 1a year plus in betweens for big holidays. I’m never disappointed by the quality of the product, it is very easy to produce a very professional looking product.
They are always quick with production but this time there was an unusual delay in the delivery. Maybe it was due to the imminent Brexit as they are printed on the continent.

I always review them here after each book an always give glowing comments. Well done Foto.com

This has to be the worst site on the…

This has to be the worst site on the internet! You can't even create an account with them...They send you around in circles and even when you come to order after spending hours trying to figure out the editing system, you are blocked as there is NO way of adding a payment option. Used to use these quite a lot but NEVER AGAIN!!!

poor service

After a week i am still waiting for the photos to be delivered....bad advertising...the photos seem to come from france/belgium....make clear that you are not an uk based company and it takes 2 weeks for a standard delivery....tracking also not possible as all the links provided in the emails are not accessible

I ordered photos more on the 7th of November. Just got an email to review the photos even though I have not received them.
All the pages to leave a comment or track the photos are not working!
My package number is 25001401.

Absolutely Awful service!!!!!avoid this…

Absolutely Awful service!!!!!avoid this company like the plague unless you don’t mind being ignored or actually receiving your items! Purchased a desk calendar 12 days ago for a colleagues leaving present (which was last night) the website says Maximum 3 days processing and 5 days delivery! Which should have been received well in time.....still showing as processing. Messages and emails all sent over the course of the last 4 days panicking as our main office gift had not arrived and at £19.50 for a calendar with £7 postage should have been here! Bitterly disappointed they have closed and ignored messages, emails and PMs. No calendar. No contact. I have no choice to cancel my card purchase. So UK customers seriously consider using another company that actually delivers and is uk based as you get NO customer service

Actually very disappointed with the…

Actually very disappointed with the Premium prints. Needed my headshots for an audition but I can't even use them as they are blurry, the skin tone looks washed and the result is a complete different picture to the original, to the point that I won't be able to use them and have to urgently print somewhere else. Had used the service before, but this time I can't believe how bad they look.

Ridiculously slow

It would appear that this company has a different idea to what 3-4 days means to the rest of us. I'm currently at day 19 and still haven't received my prints. It took more than a week before they were even printed and then several more days before dispatch. The Customer service is slow too - 6 days for a response which didn't help much either. There are other services online that dispatch in 24 hours and even better shops and supermarkets where you can get them printed while you wait. Wish I'd done that my self now. Heck I know faster tortoises than this lot. Expecting my photos somewhere around the the turn of the next millennium after they have been sent the wrong way round the globe several times before reaching me.

Still haven’t received my order

Still haven’t received my order. Emailed twice to help line and support and still haven’t heard anything back from you. That was days ago. So Messaged foto on messenger and again haven’t had a reply. They have Took money out my account still no product or even notification that it has even been send.
