Avoid. They massively increased their price to sell air quality monitors from about £70 to £299 as they said they could be used to earn cryptocurrency, this didn’t really add any new functionality to the device though. They then broke down the relationship and stopped feeding data thereby removing the ability to earn. Now they don’t reliably provide trend data from their own service in their own app. Terrible company! As a guess for the future of my device I expect it to stop functioning, they will blame some sort of software issue they can’t fix (but of course they can), then it will go in the bin.

Great air monitoring hardware and that it what's good about them.
Customer service absolutely unhelpful.
I can not get my refund over 5 months now. Communication looks like that "Hello,

Just avoid that scammers.
