Prompt & Helpful Response

I got a prompt and helpful response after I suspected I had been sold counterfeit JBL ear buds via Fruugo seller based in China. Another company might have treated my query as "not our problem, your fault for buying where you did". But Harman emailed me information that I presented to Fruugo to get a full refund for the knock-off. My thanks to Sotiris. (Case # 19884968)

Bad company with poor customer service.

Bad company with poor customer service.
2 pair of earbuds JBL faulty and in the end offer a refund with 30% for the trouble.
When refund arrived , guess what ? Less 30% .

Excellent service for faulty earbuds

Had an issue with my earbuds case not charging, contacted customer service they emailed dpd label for their repair shop in Leeds, email back in a couple of days and a replacement pair recieved.Good communication from harman and multicare their repair company.Special thanks to Richard Roberts.

The headphones were faulty and poor customer service.

The headphones were faulty. I complained within 30 days and was told someone would call me back.

No one ever did.

When I followed up, they told me that they don't do call backs (even though that's what I'd been told), and that because I was now outside of the 30 days they would not refund me.

In conclusion, my experience is that no only did I receive a poor product, the customer service to deal with that was even more poor . I have asked for my complaint to be escalated for a second time (the first time they just said 'we don't do call backs' and refused to acknowledge that this is what I'd been told).

Maybe I will have something positive report here after the second escalation.

I had a buy a jbl harman headphones not…

I had a buy a jbl harman headphones not a 1 year ago & facing issue with product. When i am trying to contact to the company by email they keep me wait for the response. Even after couple of days ago i got response from them they explain me the procedure to do that after its work properly the company said but still not working. Again i send them with every details and photos of the product and they saying its a long procedure you need to wait and all. I say give me new ones instead of that as a request but they company keep arguing with me and answer me in rude way by email which is totally unfair. After spending the money dont get any better service which is worthless. Customer service is very bad. Not worth to spend the money on this brand. 😡😡😡

Shocking company

Shocking company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Made an Order to be delivered to my home address, instead these guys chose to deliver to somewhere else, when notified they said they’d resend! 3 months were still waiting! Got my money back via PayPal in the end! Absolute jokers

Incompetent Workers; I Was Cheated

I bought a speaker this year (2020) from a local retailer and it stopped working in the same year. It was not damaged nor had it been misused. I called to see what could be done about the situation, and without a receipt, I was asked to give the serial number and was told that my speaker had been bought it 2017, so it was out of warranty and nothing could be done. I was offered an insignificant coupon on my next purchase: a small consolidation prize. As it turns out, my speaker obviously had not been bought in 2017, it was RELEASED TO STORES IN 2017. THE PERSON HELPING ME HAD BEEN MISTAKEN. I ended up spending more money leaving the interaction than when I started. I feel cheated and thoroughly duped. I am not satisfied at all

This is my second review as im from Denmark but have been helped by the english support a lot. I want to thank the UK Harman audio team as they helped me when i had written the wrong adress. They were very good at guiding me and giving me information on what the next step would be. Am very pleased with the customer service. 5 out of 5 stars.

JBL Harman is a scam
JBL Harman is a scam.

I've placed an order yesterday 18th December -- JB-EM-01233404.
Bought two items from UK.JBL.COM that promises deliver 2-4 days (as I thought it's an original product, customer service directly with the manufacturer let's give it a try)

I've called today asking for my email confirmation and they said the order was placed, I've asked if my order would arrive until the 29th of December (which I fly over to Brazil and would take the products as a gift to my family) they said they could not guarantee.

I've spoken with two customer service guys, DEAN and JACK from JBL Harman Manchester, they absolutely have no training or manners to talk to customers, they said I would probably get my product delivered after New Years. I said that was no game for me then so I'd like to pay for a first-class deliver or have the money refunded if they could not guarantee.

Observe there are 5 working days from today until Dec- 29th

They said the product was already dispatched to DPD ( a lie) because while I was on the phone I've received an email confirmation that my order has been placed.

So I had to choose to arrive empty-handed to my family or have a refund that would take 7 days after the order was delivered and I wouldn't be home.

I came to the sense that it is not DPD the problem but the customer service and lack of professional staff working in the name of JBL. They call themselves JBL but they're HARMAN and Scams.

I'd advise you to contact your bank and spread in social media how useless these people are when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I'll let the other reviews and their star rates speak the rest for me.

Unacceptable JBL letting people like this ruin their name.

Disappointing.

Fraude.

Blamed and robbed for company's own errors which they've admitted

I ordered 2 sets of bookshelf speakers and a center channel speaker from their online site. UPS delivers 1 set of speakers and 1 center channel speaker. The weights match up exactly. This means I'm missing another set of bookshelf speakers, but Harman Audio tells me that UPS shows that they have been delivered (which they obviously have not according to shipping weight). They insist this is not their problem when it is obvious that they didn't ship another set of speakers. Not only this, they refuse any sort of resolution from their side (sending an actual pair of speakers or refunding me for that missing pair). It is literal robbery.

Harman Audio. Time wasters. COWBOYS !

Harman Audio.
Purchased a soundbar from them which arrived faulty. I have returned the item which they have confirmed has been received back to their depot. Still no refund. This is now nearly six weeks ago.
Don’t bother buying from these amateurs , go to a reputable dealer.

Very very bad customer service

Very very bad customer service! Ordered headphones on 4th March, should have been 2-4 days delivery but over a week later when I called up, I was told they were sent back to HO. Was not notified they were out for delivery. Only way to get another pair was refund and order again. Granted they arrived this time round however was sent a fault pair. Another agonising conversation, they do not allow you to speak with seniors or managers, processes are very out of date. Another refund for another pair to be sent, only take complaints in writing and I exchanged over 20 emails trying to resolve the issue but was met with resistance from various staff including Lea and Francesco. Disgusted, never experienced such bad service even in a pound shop! If these weren't a prize for a competition I would not be going through this terrible terrible process. Would not recommend the product or company to anyone! Subsidary of JBL so they get the same review
