We purchased an expensive light fitting and after deciding it wasn’t right for us, we contacted customer service to initiate a return within 14 days. It has been 2 weeks and we are still going back and forth trying to get a return label processed and we are not being giving a legitimate reason why they are not accepting we want to return the item.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Homary.
My order was supposed to arrive in three packages, but only two were delivered. I had to contact Homary myself to report the missing package and provide photographic evidence. The company acknowledged the issue and offered £80 as a goodwill gesture, but the missing item still has not been delivered.
What has been most frustrating is the constant stream of conflicting information. I was told the missing package had been scheduled for delivery on a Sunday, only to later be told that the courier does not even operate on Sundays. I was then repeatedly assured that the package would arrive on different days, with Homary claiming they had contacted the courier and arranged delivery. However, when I contacted the courier directly, they could not confirm these arrangements.
The missing package contains essential parts needed to complete our kitchen installation. As a result, we have been left with a partially built kitchen, nowhere suitable to sit and eat meals, and safety concerns due to unfinished units around our toddler.
For a company selling expensive furniture and home products, I expected far better customer service and communication. Instead, I have spent days chasing updates, receiving conflicting information, and still do not have the complete order that I paid for.
Until Homary resolves this matter and delivers the missing goods, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

I followed the return policy and I have emailed and called several times and no response. Its been a over a month I have not heard any contact with them and my emails have not been replied.
