I was trying to buy a product and rang Homary, spoken to Vinnie, who was kind and helpful. Offered multiple solutions like a different colour and perhaps a further discount as a remedy for the extra wait (it is a 10week delivery time for this item). Unfortunately I cannot hold up the project by this much time for the want of 1 piece of furniture.

Bought peacock mirror. 5 months after order it arrived. Opened and felt cheated. Cheap plastic looking not worth £160. No quality. Wanted to return and was told they will charge 10% restocking fee. This had been challenged under UK consumer legislation. Then being asked for information they already have. Stalling techniques. Will never use this site again.

Good product and good service
The shipment was great, it arrived on time and perfectly protected in the box. The assembly was a little bit longer than it said on the instrucctions and you have to be familiarized with some Ikea standards in order to be quick. The materials are top quality and we hope that it lasts a long time.

First issue..I ordered a ceiling light but when it arrived 10 of the crystals that are meant to slot in the holes were too big. Second issue...the light is led and has 3 light options, except you cannot set it to your chosen light so if I want to use the 3rd light setting I have to turn my light switch on and off 3x just so my desired light is on, mad just mad but apparently this shouldn't be too inconvenient according to customer service. After speaking to him on live chat he asked me to give them a couple of days to look into it, that was now5 days ago. I've emailed homary with no reply, ive tried to start up another 3 live chats and once I explain my complaint they just cut the chat off. I've now just requested a full refund which up to now has not been authorised. So I am just having to sit and wait. Such a shame as I love the chandelier and the quality is good.
UPDATE...customer service eventually got back to me to offer to send the faulty crystals but could take 8-10 weeks, i questioned why they couldn't just take them from another boxed light so to get them within a week as I had already been waiting about 3 weeks just to get to this point. So they then offered to send me a whole new light which would be with me within 7 days. I agreed and approximately 3-4 weeks later I received the light.
So eventually everything was sorted but took way too long and way too much time spent on my side having to sort this simple problem out. I have updated the star rating to 2 to reflect that they did eventually sort it
