Useless customer serivce department
Ordered a new limited addition engine from Hornby UK. Arrived broken with a buffer borken off. Spoke to customer services who then asked for pictures and asked us to return the engine and upon receipt of the borken engine would issue a replacement.
That was a week ago and still waiting on the replacement.
Have been chasing customer services via email to no avail. So now they have both the broken engine and my money.
I will now be issuing a formal complaint against the customer service person who obviously is not bothered about customer satisfaction and her promises.
Considering these items are on the expensive side you would think Hornby would have a better customer service relationship with their customers
