The parcel was dispatched for 2 day delivery but took 10 days in total. Courtiers missed pickups, vehicles weren't large enough, Evri got confused, it eventually arrived in one piece but we had to wait a silly amount of time.
Overall, the delivery has worked well.
The delivery from the UK to Sweden has worked well. It was only a stop at customs that delayed it.

I printed off the postal form
I printed off the postal form, but the important one was greyed out. I took the parcel to the newsagents, who could not send with the information provided. I had to go back home and eventuall6 had to phone for help. The very nice man said that unfortunately there had been a technical problem which had greyed out the correct postage label. He corrected it straight away , and I was able to send. This all took time ans an extra journey to the drop off point.

Dealing with Interparcel is something we intend to do more of as we start exporting to new markets , what I like about Interparcel is quite often they are cheaper for international that our standard carrier Royal Mail but where they excel is when their is a problem and at some point their is always a problem, unlike Royal Mail they don't put barriers in your way to solving issues.
A great solution for most businesses who like us can't guarantee volumes as we build our export markets.
FedEx Nightmare
Promised Royal Mail delivery but switched to FedEx, known for worst customer service with delays, hassles, confusion. I poured hours into this problem to get the parcel delivered, while Interparcel did nothing.

Avoid at all costs - because the costs will be yours.
I arranged a parcel to be collected from my WORK address. Apparently they tried twice to collect the parcel in the evening!! not surprised no one was there.
I told them after the first attempt to come in normal business hours they still tried after hours, Doh.
Now they want me to pay again FFS
