Excellent Service

1. Provision of a tracking number and good contact.
2. Excellent handling of the package, e.g. no damage.
3. Excellent delivery, on the first day of the expected range of delivery dates.

RUBBISH and UNRELIABLE!

RUBBISH and UNRELIABLE!
Had 3 different dates to collect my parcel.
They didn’t collect the 1st time so I had to ring them. The next date they bought forward a day early but by the afternoon they said they couldn’t collect and gave me 2 day’s later.
A whole week and still they hadn’t collected.
So I emailed them to complain and from that they cancelled my order and offered me a refund which takes 3 to 5 working days, what an absolute nightmare of a company. Plus they are expensive compared to other companies.
DON’T GO WITH THEM, SHAMBLES.
That’s putting it politely.

Company is delivering to wrong address

Company is delivering to wrong address. So i contaced them via email and online chat numerous times. They still attempted to deliver to wrong address, promised to contact me with updates but did not. Very difficult to deal with and worst customer service ever!!!.... wow a standaed useless response below. As in my comment above, i already emailed them and been on chat 3 times. Obviously they dont even read and understand these comments ......

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I arranged and paid for next day delivery. 5 weeks later I was finally told that my item had been 'lost' The item was a 4m long worktop - hard to 'lose'. The courier company they used was DX who lied many times regarding collection of my item saying there was nothing to collect when they had not been. Previous reviews suggested this company was good so I didn't take out additional insurance. Be warned!

The basic mistake is to provide Evri as a courier. They have failed to collect two parcels and not bothered to contact me.
Seeking an explanation through your use of AI is impossible. I suggest you invest in employing humans who can actually solve and resolve problems. Won't be using the service again.
