Jeans haven't arrived in UK and when I rang customer service they were extremely rude and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor.I am disabled because of heart and kidney problems and depend on deliveries. My experience with Lee Jeans has been horrible. Never again. I still have not received my order and they don't seem to care.
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, lasted 2 years with minimal wear, cheap denim fabric now reduced to holes in the knees
Refunded incorrectly for no reason!
I sent back two items for a refund. They refunded me the incorrect amount (£11.97 was taken off). When I raised this, they said they took off '£5 per item for price adjustment'.... what does this even mean?! And also, £5 for each item would equal £10, not £11.97. I've used Lee for years and sent back a few items over the years successfully. This is the first time I have heard of this 'Price adjustment' policy, which is non sensical and not even implemented correctly anyway! I'm in touch with my bank to claim the money back. I won't be shopping with Lee again, their customer service is now rubbish.

Rubbish jeans
I have bought lee jeans for the last 20 years, always good quality material, the last 2 pairs of Brooklyn i bought are rubbish, why do they have stretch material in them + they are not a heavy weight jean anymore. Im switching to levi now, better quality at nearly the same price
Warranty DENIED (poor quality)
I have bought many pairs of LEE Jeans and on one occasion, found the quality to have deteriorated (within 2 months). I reported this as part of a Warranty procedure and was told I had not taken care of the jeans even though I provided clear evidence (I also have several other pairs without damage) + I only use them working from home so zero chance of mistreatment. It took 1 month for them to decide they didn't offer me anything or consider retaining me as a customer by offering a refund or replacement. Very disappointing service to a loyal customer and poor response times.
Refund refused
Refund refused. Ordered a few items, kept a couple but sent a number back, totalling around £100 and using their prepaid label. Heard nothing for about a month so chased up and a week later received a reply saying problem with the courier. That’s it. Nothing more. A further 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received any update or a refund. Something similar happened with another brand - North Face - and they honoured the refund as the problem was with the courier they choose to use. Lee have just ignored me. Will never order anything from them again. Shame as I’ve had many pairs of jeans and other items from them before now

Worst return/refund experience in my life
As many people here, I am another one that got scammed. I tried to contact Lee through the message option twice and nothing happened. I've never got the confirmation that the item I sent was delivered although the tracking says it was. So now I am left without the trousers and money. I am very sad and dissapointed as it used to be one of my favourite shops, but I see now that I need to find an alternative.

Wearing jeans is rather comfortable. So, I usually buy them here.
AVOID AT ALL COST
AVOID AT ALL COST. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Ordered an item and received the wrong thing then they couldn’t create my return form for weeks for some reason and therefore took weeks to refund me my money for something I didn’t even order. Two people on customer service hung up the phone on me because they didn’t want to have to deal with it. No one knew what they were doing on the phone and had to ring at least 10 times to try and get it sorted. Worst company ever and would tell everyone to avoid ordering from them.
Awful
Awful. Returned some jeans nearly 2 months ago, bit haven't received my fund. They've effectly stolen my money. Customer services haven't helped, I answered their questions and had no reply. Avoid!!!

Current Refund Service is Not Acceptable
To anyone thinking of ordering at the moment, think again. Please read the small red print at the top of their website which tells you that you won't get your order or a refund until after 25th July. I sent back a pair of jeans which didn't fit on 15th June and, for many people, to have to wait until the end of July for your refund is completely unacceptable. I would not have ordered if I had been aware of this.
Same story like everyone else
Same story like everyone else. They never refunded my returns. About 300$ in clothing. Its been 2 months now. I filled their contact forms and still haven't heard from them. Avoid at all cost.
Next step is a lawsuit. Luckily for me, I took tons of photos and documented everything when I returned my stuff.
Update: A few weeks after posting my review, I was issued a full refund after months of no sign of life from them. Their customer service and trustworthiness is still 1-star imo.
Great customer service
I ordered two pairs of jeans, one for my self and one for my husband. Mine didn’t fit unfortunately, so I requested a refund with the help of the agent Zachariasz. Everything went smoothly and I got my refund quickly after returning the articule !
Poor customer experience
Jeans took an age to arrive by modern standards, regular leg was about 3 inches longer than other brands. Tried to generate a return and apparently the return system didn't recognise my postcode so couldn't progress. Message on the website stating returns will take a long time to process didn't fill me with confidence, others companies are managing. Not a good customer experience. I was trying an alternative to Levis, certainly won't use the Lee website again.

I always shop at the Lee store in Antwerp-- the staff are really helpful, knowledgable, and love denim. I trust their opinions and always walk out happy. The store team are also happy to help with a return or exchange, never any issues.
