Great experience with Mammotion
I wanted to share the great experience with Mammotion support for the problem I had with my Yuka.
A few weeks ago I reinstalled the robot for the start of the season and I noticed that the charging station was no longer powered.
I contacted support and after some checks, the support center sent me a new charging station.
Everything was resolved, and I am happy with the support of Mammotion products.

Problems getting access to my account
The help via email was helpful and I was eventually able to regain access to my account. The Luba2 is an excellent product but the menus within the app could be a bit more intuitive

I recently preordered the new Luba Mini AWD, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The order arrived even faster than expected, and the setup process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. I’m beyond excited to start using this amazing piece of technology!
I also have to highlight the exceptional support from the Mammotion team. They respond quickly to any questions, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers.
So far, everything has been a perfect 10 out of 10!
Support via chat is great, product is highly recommended
In case of issues, the best way to reach support is via the in-app chat—my two inquiries were resolved within about 30 minutes. Getting spare parts is no problem at all, and I consider the support to be on a high level.
I am highly satisfied with the Luba 2 (2024). No major failures so far. The mowing deck tends to clog relatively quickly with wet grass, so a quick clean once a week is recommended. The software is well thought out, though there are some minor translation issues. Both the robot and the RTK station have never failed on me.
From my perspective, I am very satisfied and can highly recommend Mammotion.

I've just purchased the new Mammotion Garage Standard for my Luba 2.
It was extremely easy to assemble and install.
As well as protecting my Luba 2 it is very attractive and a great addition to the Mammotion range.

Best Robot mower I have owned…
I have had robot lawn mowers for nearly a decade but the Luba2 AWD 5000 mower is by far the best mower I have owned and used. A year into my ownership I can only say wow! Easy to set up and does a remarkably good job. People are surprised when I tell them my lawn is mowed by a robot, it looks so good, like a cylinder mower finish. The product is easy to set up and just works, I have had it sitting for past 3 months over winter and then straight back to work without missing a beat, I can't fault it.
Great mower, worth the investment!
Great mower, works very well and regular software updates means it keeps getting better. We have a very steep slope and it copes with it easily. We did have a sensor fail but Mammotion sent a replacement unit. I would recommend!
Mek-Quake the mower
After some early teething problems that the Mammotion team cleared up, my Luba 2, "Mek-Quake" has consistently mowed my lawn every other day for many months.
It deals well with obstructions, in the form of swings, slides, garden furniture and the odd twig or branch from surrounding trees.
Mek-Quake consistently finds his charging station without issue and has avoided the pond on every outing!
Overall I am very happy with the mower and would happily recommend anyone to purchase a Luba 2
Does what is says on the tin...
Owned since April 2024.
Having moved into a new property, with two substantial lawns, and a loathing of mowing, I gave the ultimatum to my wife that if she wanted the property, it meant I was getting a robot lawn mower.
Having conducted weeks of research, and watching every youtube review possible of all the brands, the one that struck me as the best was the Mammotion Luba 2. And boy am I glad I went with it.
Ok, so its still on ongoing and ever developing design, with regular software / firmware upgrades, but I've not had any issues with them at all.
The robot and antennae were easy to set up... just follow the instructions.
I did have one issue with the charging dock, where something happened with the IR module, however this was rectified quickly by raising a ticket with customer support, sending a short video / picture of the issue and within 5 working days an new charging dock was with me and (touch wood) has been faultless ever since.
I would 100% buy again, and my neighbour has also bought one having seen how good mine is.
Mammotion Luba recommended
The mower is a great bit of kit. Easy to set up and I now have many hours saved cutting lawns. I have had a Luba 1 for 3 years and only had one issue which was resolved by the Mammotion customer service team quickly and efficiently. Would recommend without hesitation.
Faulty after 2 months, 3 months in repair and waiting...
Terrible experience with this company. Yuka broke after 2 months usage. Returned it on December 2nd 2024, as Feb 1st 2025, the unit has not been returned. There is no UK Customer Service. It is managed out of China. All communication is by email totally unclear. I was told on Jan 6th that the repair was being rushed. Then told on Feb 1st that the repair didn't start until Jan 23rd.

Very poor customer service. Same as rest of reviews here. YUKA broken and waiting 3 months to get it repaired. Lots of promises about when it will come back but never happens. This company is in China and doesn’t have anyone who works in the UK. I’d recommend buying a quality brand with customer service in the UK, or at least Europe.

MAMMOTION LUBA DO NOT BUY IT!!! I inform you of the problem:
After less than a year of using the "Luba 1 3000 awd" the two motors of the blades have been damaged, the Technical Service says that the guarantee does not cover the breakdown: "THE OVERHEATING IS DUE TO OVER-STRESS OF THE MOTORS, IT IS A FAILURE OUTSIDE THE MOTOR, SINCE IT DOES NOT PRESENT STRUCTURAL DAMAGES FROM MANUFACTURING".
They say that the accumulated grass has damaged them, it is a known problem and a design fault. The Luba has cost me 2850 euros. The repair plus shipping 400 euros. I insist, DO NOT BE FOOLED, DO NOT BUY LUBA!!! Spend that money on another prestigious brand that offers you quality and good service.

After 4 months of use my mower broke, 2 weeks later after reporting it, I am still no further on and has not been collected they have stopped answering my emails.
Very poor service and nobody knows what is going on all the time.

The customer support for the LUBA 2 is non existent. I have found that as the RFK transmitter is manufactured in China, it is not manufactured to UK specifications.
As a result this means that it is unshielded and the signal that it emits may disrupt signals to other electronic devices and cause them to stop working.
I am yet to receive any support from Mammotion regarding this issue.
In addition the sales specs say that the LUBA 2 5000 can mow lawns up to 5,000M2. NO IT CANNOT.
I have a lawn area that is 1,800m2 (I reduced the mowing area to this size in an attempt to mow it in one go, my actual lawn area is c3,500m2) the LUBA 2 is unable on an economy cut to cut this area 1,800m2 in one go.
By splitting the area into 2 smaller lawn areas of c900m each it can cut each one in half a day. It still needs to return to base to recharge at least once to accomplish the mowing of each area of lawn. There is no way that there is enough time in a week given the continual recharging and dew on the lawns in the morning for this mower to mow 5,000m2, unless you have absolutely perfect conditions. In addition it is unable to mow in low light conditions, so will stop in the evening. So you are limited to a window between about midday and 8pm to programme it to mow effectively.
It has never managed to mow for more than 1-2hrs at a time, so where the specs come from that say it can mow 5,000m2 are just not true.
I still have to use a ride on mower and self propelled mower to cover everything that it is unable to achieve which is about 50% of my lawn area.
If you have a lawn of c900m2 then perfect, it can go out every other day and I am sure that you will have a decent looking lawn.
Any larger area and it will get clogged in the morning dew or very light rain, so midday onwards for mowing is really your only option for a lot of the year.
In order to keep a decent lawn you will have to get it to the optimum height with regular ride-on/manual mowing first. Anything longer than just a trim and the mower will struggle to mulch it and you will be left with tufts everywhere, or the mower stranded as it has become blocked.
Further update, I have finally received a response to my support ticket, a week after the ticket was raised. It was responded to at 3.30am, as there is clearly NO support here in the UK.
The company clearly wanted to sell the product as fast as possible without having a clear support strategy in place. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone at all.
If I had known about the lack of support, software issues and the LUBA 2 5000's actually ability to mow I would not have purchased this mower. Its really a very expensive piece of plastic.
