Ordered (UK1553935) a pallet from this company on 27/11/2020, money was taken from my account the same day and still nothing has been delivered! Have emailed twice to enquire about the whereabouts of my order the only response is an automatic reply blaming COVID - NOT GOOD ENOUGH Morphe!
Where are my goods!

Placed an order for a Christmas present for my daughter and received an email two days later to say it had been refunded. Who on earth do they get to write these emails ?!
"Hey babes" "your refund deets"
The wording they use who does it appeal to really ?? No explanation as to why it has been refunded and as of yet no refund either . Absolutely terrible service .

Ordered 22nd November 2020. Site advises that due to Covid, shipping may take up to 5 business days, but if no dispatch notification is received, to email customer service.

Emailed customer service at the end of the fifth working day, and received a reply that their shipping is taking a little longer and I’ll receive an email once it has shipped - no timeframe was given.

It is now 10 working days, and two whole weeks since I ordered. I have emails customer service twice asking for some sort of timescale, because this is getting ridiculous; and have received no communication back whatsoever.

I have now opened a PayPal dispute in a vain attempt to get my money back.

UPDATE:

I have called customer service, and been told that the item I ordered is not available until 11th December. This had not been communicated to me until this point.

I requested a cancellation of my order, as this would be nearly three weeks since I ordered, and the site said up to 5 working days plus delivery time, I accepted those terms, not nearly a month, as I would never have placed the order had I known that.

I have been informed that they would request a cancellation but that it MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED! On an item they have no stock of! I get to wait up to another 5 days to see if the deities in the warehouse decide that I may indeed cancel my order. And then presumably wait until they finally decide I can have a refund.

I will never be using this company again.

I have been waiting 13 days and my order still hasn't been shipped...I wrote to customer service three times but they did not respond. I am very disappointed...the worst customer service ever. It seems like I will never get my order, so I lost my money.
(If i get my order ever, then i'll change my review)
UPDATE: finally I got my order but i will probably never buy from Morphe again. I waited more than a month and the customer service was horrible. The products are perfect but i don't recommend this company.

For the second time I have been let down with Morphe. Last time I had products missing and this time Hermes have said they cannot deliver the items and to contact my sender - no other explanation! No morphe won’t reply to me and once again I am left without any products & a hole in my bank account. Never never again with order from Morphe online which is so sad as I love their products!!

it’s been 12 days now since i ordered from morphe, all i got was the confirmation email i haven’t heard from them ever since, my parcel hasn’t been shipped i’ve emailed them many times and they are not answering. i understand there is a global pandemic but come on at least reply to my emails or email the people that aren’t getting there parcel a reason why. i’ve ordered from this brand many time and had absolutely no problems so i’m quite dissapointed and tbh i just want my parcel. oh yeah and they for some reason refunded me for one of my items when i didn’t ask, maybe because they was out of stock on that item but they should have told me the reason all they said was £8.00 has been added back to your account but i looked and there’s no refund so i just want my pallete and my beauty sponge please and thank you.

I ordered 10 days ago, 6 days ago was told there were shipping delays due to Covid-19, which is reasonable, and the longest it would take is 5 days... No communication, no shipping confirmation and no response from customer service!!

Placed 2 orders, not impressed! 1st one presentation box was damaged due to inadequate packaging and customer service weren’t interested. 2nd order they refunded the main item with no contact or explanation and sent the rest of the order which I’d have cancelled had I known. Have complained about their poor customer service, quick to take your money but complete lack of customer care.

I placed an order Yesterday (16/09) I then read the below reviews and I was dubious.
I needn't have been. My order arrived at 10.15 this morning (17/09) I have now ordered more bits this afternoon and it has already been dispatched. I couldn't rate the service more.
I will be ordering again!!

Shocking customer service. I ordered brush set & palette as a gift. Order was confirmed & paid in full. Then morphe cancels one of my items. I wasn’t given explanation why or option to cancel or adjust my order. They just sent part of order. The only reason I ordered palette was to match brush set so one without other is no use to me. I am now in position if I reorder brushes I have to pay for posting & packing which I think is shocking as my original order that morphe hasn’t fulfilled qualified for free p&p. Despite numerous emails to morphe explaining situation they refuse to help. I would not recommend using this company at all. Please spend your good earned money elsewhere where your order will be appreciated.

Delivery is abit slow always tracking the parcel but I love this makeup! Brilliant always ordering the palettes from here.

Ordered after midnight Wednesday arrived this morning (Friday) super fast well impressed with everything going on , can’t wait to try on all my purchases!

No issues. Dispatch did take awhile but was within the 5 days they state on website due to social distancing meaning less orders can be picked and despatched per day. Items arrived within 2 days of despatch and we're fine no broken items perfect. Third order this year that has been fine. I can't say you won't experience issues like others have or say they are false or rare but my own experience has been great. I'd recommend the same as any other company with mixed or not so great reviews, place a smaller order then you normally would and see your own experience if good then go for the larger orders you may like if bad then you only lost a small amount so not as bad.

what the hell is wrong with you people? I sent an email at straight away cancelling my order and you chose to ignore it. I contacted you via messenger Facebook and even on the website you asked me what was my email address and I sent it and you never replied and now I've just received an email stating that it is now shipped..thanks a lot for not listening wow talk about diabolical

Order take way too long to be dispatched with 20 working days to get to you, Think I will be using beauty bay to get my Jeffery Items!

I'm really surprised reading these reviews. I've ordered twice this year, my products arrived perfectly within a few days and I couldn't fault them.

I haven't needed to return anything or contact their customer service though so I can't comment on that.

they are scammers!! I have sent many many emails, insta messaged and insta comments, I ordered in MAY and still had nothing turn up or no emails. Shocking. Scammers

Placed my order on the 6th of APRIL, it was dispatched on the 13th, and has been with Hermes since the 14th, I have received this order, and it was almost £80. Hermes refuse to take responsibility and insist I must deal with the retailer. I have sent 5 emails with no reply. Due to the nature of my job, I do not have time to sit on hold with the contact number. I’m disgusted with their service. I work in financial difficulties during a global pandemic and economic crash, I GET being busy but come on! This is a joke and I won’t be using Morphe again.
