Cant cancel my subscription
Just been charged again

Not only are their products over priced, but they take money without authorization, and the products don't even work!
I had one of their so claimed 'clinical strength' under arm antiperspirant in the basket, as I was looking to buy when it was on offer. However, I found a cheaper product on amazon which I was going to get instead. I didn't much want to pay out over £30 for one roll-on.
Next thing I know over night I had an email from them saying 'Thanks for your order'! It appeared that the product in the basket had gone though and been ordered and paid for even though I hadn't! Not only this, but at the full price not the offer they had.
I straight away emailed them to tell them to cancel the order, I had NOT bought it or authorized that payment! However, they informed me that they could and would not cancel the order or refund me. They tried to say I HAD bought it and it was impossible for there to have been a mistake on their end. They only offered to refund me £5 for the 'offer' they had on it.

I received the order, one small underarm roll-on. As I had been forced to pay for it, I tried it out at work for a few days, as I sweat uncontrollably. It had no effect. I tried it on my armpits, my back, and under my breasts, all the places I sweat a lot. I still sweated a lot, and I think I smelt even stronger too. It doesn't even work.

I’ve contacted this company twice to alert them to the fact that the information they provide on menopause is out of date and could put women off seeking medical advice and treatment. I have provided the name of the leading doctor in this field so they can educate themselves and have requested they update their info. It’s not been done yet.
If My Carpe resolves this issue, I will take down my review. Shame I feel I’ve had to do this despite a response from My Carpe saying they’d look into it. Come on guys, sort it out!

I have no idea if the product is actually any good because it was damaged during transit. For an order of £110/$210 they couldn't think to spend that extra couple of dollars to put my order in a cardboard box. Instead it was put in a parcel bag, which travelled from Australia to the UK. As expected the products were completely battered and packaging in pieces. It's been far from simple just to get the returns details from their agents. AVOID! It would now cost me £25 to ship the products back to get a refund. They don't refund your shipping costs.
