Mysurvey 

When this works, it's great and easy to build up rewards. Except that it fails a lot. I would say of the countless surveys I get sent per week, I'm screened out of around 60%, which is fair enough. But of the ones I complete, around 20-25% miraculously develop a technical error on the very final page where I'm meant to get the reward points. Always the same, non-specific technical error, with a broken email address on it. Funny how none of the ones I'm screened out of ever have an error.... submitted helpdesk tickets about them gets ignored. If any queries are answered, it's usually with a scripted response that doesn't solve the problem, and they have the cheek to mark the ticket as solved before you even have a chance to respond. The task completion rate for the helpdesk staff must look stellar! It's a shame they simply can't be trusted.

I have received numerous requests to complete surveys but no sooner than you click on the survey you get an error message saying there has been a technical error (Waypoint error page) or the survey is temporarily unavailable.

Not convinced that I have received the points promised on the few reports that I have actually completed.Totally unreliable and not worth all the time and effort for a measly few quid. There are better and more reliable survey companies out there.

Good site. My daughter asked me to review this as survey sites are often not what they promise. i remember filling one in once with the promise of vouchers that never materialized. My daughter is 16 so she is not exactly making a lot of money on it but they have been genuine with her and paid by paypal so worth noting.
