I am still waiting for my Nuxe order…

I am still waiting for my Nuxe order placed on 19th November. I contacted their appointed carrier Hermes who eventually told me they had lost the order and that I had to contact Nuxe to get a refund.

I have emailed Nuxe twice now and have had no response. Their customer service is disgraceful!

Bad Customer Service

I placed an order with Nuxe which was dispatched then lost for 4 days by their appointed delivery company Hermes.
I emailed Nuxe Customer Services and received no response until Hermes finally managed to locate my order, reroute it to the correct depot then finally deliver it. Upon delivery I soon after received an unapologetic arrogant response by Nuxe UK simply advising me it had been delivered.
For a company that specialises in Luxury Products its disappointing that they can't afford the same level of Customer Care.
Avoid this online retailer.

NUXE - online ordering not recommended

I simply cannot recommend ordering from the NUXE Uk website. In my last order, the most expensive product was missing. Several emails later, NUXE has done nothing to resolve the problem by replacing the prouct or refunding me. There is no way to contact them by phone, and emails are unanswered for days.
On a smaller note, I always pay for next day delivery but mnstly NUXE doesn't manage this, and they refuse to refund the delivery fee. It is such a shame. I very much like the products but the customer service is a disaster.

Luxury brand - disgraceful customer service

Order took too long to arrive then there were two items worth £20 missing. I’ve had no responses to my emails (in which I included photos of the order confirmation, online payment receipt and the actual items I did receive) and I wish I’d read the negative feedback from other disappointed customers who’ve clearly been put in the same position. It’s utterly disgraceful service of which I’ve never known from such a well known brand 👎👎.

Dreadful customer service

Lovely products but disgraceful and non existent customer service. I tried to place an order on 30th June which was the last day for a lot more of deals I was trying to take advantage of. You are given the chance to select 3 free samples but it would only show 2 and because of that I couldn’t check out my order at all. I would rather of not had the samples at all but I didn’t have that option. I sent them 2 messages, it is now 25th July and they can’t even bitter to reply. Useless!

Happy with NUXE

I used to buy NUXE products back in my homecountry a couple of years ago. When I found out that I can get them here in the UK, I placed an order which arrived less than a week later with Royal Mail. Their products work very well for me and have a wonderful smell!

They just don't give a...

The customer service is non existent. No despatch note as stipulated, 10 days late delivery even from the latest time suggested and no response from them when trying to enquire about where the delivery is, multiple times. I dont care if it's late, just let me know?! No phone number, and the hugely frustrating feeling of talking to a brick wall, flat out ignored. I've used their products for years but had such a foul experience this time round the irritation has got the better of me and I won't be giving them my money again and will encourage others to follow suit. M&S stock their stuff so just go there if you really want a Nuxe product, I won't be bothering.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They missed items from my parcel and the only way to get in touch is to email customer services. They NEVER respond. I have been trying for a month now and only get an automated response to say they will respond in 2 days. They do NOT ever respond. My next step is trading standards in an attempt to get my money returned. There is no phone number on their website. Be warned.

Products not received

My order never turned up. I have emailed Nuxe’s customer care team twice, with no response. They don’t list a phone number. Very disappointed with the complete lack of service.

Amazing service and outstanding products

Amazing service, from ordering to delivery they are excellent. I would totally recommend this company, The products that i have tried have made such a difference to my skin. The goods have arrived on time, customer service i cannot fault. When ive asked a question they have got back to me with in a day, and have lived up to their promises. The goods have arrived well packaged and without fault. I am now a Nuxe addict. I cannot rave about them enough.

I love Nuxe and their speedy service

I'm very surprised to see the bad reviews. I have never had any issues with them. Just got my 4th order with them and I cannot recommend them enough.

You will always get loads of free stuff too; literally every time you order. All the products I ordered are in the box + all the free gifts too. Thank you.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. They offered a gift for my purchase, it has never arrived and the explanation was that they ran out of them, what a joke! Nuxe, don't fool around and offer what you cannot give!

Missing products, no customer service

The products are lovely. However, I don’t recommend ordering online directly from their UK site. Gift products were missing from my order, and after 10 days I am still waiting to hear back from customer service.

No parcel no refund as yet

Have ordered before with no issue This time in July it failed to arrive Tracking said it had been returned as incorrectly addressed
Contacted them in August and did get a reply saying did I want a refund or to send the order out again As we were going away I had already bought replacements so asked for a refund We are now in September and still no refund Have emailed them twice now with just the automated reply in response

Avoid!!

I have used Nuxe products before and they are good. For the first time, I made the mistake of ordering directly from the website. Well I will not be doing that again! I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received anything, no items, no communication whatsoever, yet the money was extremely quick to leave my account: I have emailed four times now, to a few different addresses they offer and have had no response. It is absolutely shocking that a well established company can treat customers like this. They conveniently don’t provided a phone number, making it almost impossible to do anything directly through them. I will be taking further action as they still have my money. So disappointed.

Great products abysmal communication

I love Nuxe products. I spend a lot of money on them.
I have had an issue with my loyalty points from my last 3 orders totally yet again around £100.
The only form of contact is via a form on their website.
I have done this 4 times.
No adjustment and no response.
They have lost an excellent customer.
I shall not be buying again neither I store or via website

Just checked my account the next day after posting this review to see if I had any response to my 4 contact form messages. They hav3 now removed ALL my loyalty points!
Nuxe obviously do not like negative feedback even when it is totally valid

They sent me second hand goods...

I purchased 2 gift sets with Nuxe during the after Christmas sale. One of the sets was absolutely perfect, the other one - the tamper seal had been opened and sticky taped over, which I wasn't too happy about, but as I was treating myself, not gifting it to anyone else I would have overlooked it had it not been for the fact that two of the four products had clearly been opened, the lip balm had a gouge in it and the hand cream tamper plastic had been removed and badly placed back on. This could have easily been missed by me and only found out too late (I store things until I need them) to send back or it could have been a present for someone and been a massive disappointment to them. I have sent a message to Nuxe (as they avoid putting a telephone number on their website, although they are happy to ask for yours) to try and get a NEW replacement and postage costs as I don't see why I should be out if pocket for their error. I cannot believe a supposedly high end manufacturer would make this kind of mistake, surely they should have some sort of quality control checking returns haven't been opened and used, so the don't end up flogging used goods to unsuspecting customers who are making purchases in good faith.
