Excellent service from olight the products that they bring out are also so amazing the new battery dispenser is absolutely a game-changer I use it for my trail cameras which take eight batries at a time so I need quite a lot of batteries if I've got two or more trail cameras out hoping it will give me many years of service from your number one fan theninjaman 👍🏼🥷

Painless procedure from ordering to receipt

High quality products, that come with excellent offers for returning customers. Also the customer service that is spot on, I made 2 different orders which they spotted and sent them in the same package, then without me needing to chase it up the shipping for one of the packages was refunded to me.

I took my time picking another torch for camping and when I come across the Prowess, it looked perfect for the job. I've had a few Olight products, the customer service of this company is second to none. I wanted to cancel an order and reorder something else and my issue was solved within minutes. Their loyalty programme is good and their sales are good too. Shipping is reliable and trackable.

It’s just a great experience looking at all the torches . I know I’ve bought many now but I still go looking and inevitably I find one I just have to get .

Olight cancelled my order. No explanation given. Olight gave me lots of points for a massive purchase in the past. When you want to use those points and get some items for free Olight will cancel your transaction.

Brilliant products, I use two different torchces and both are fantastic.
My old Perun3 developed a fault in year 5 of the guarantee period, but Olight offered a replacement at zero cost. Amazing no quibble service.

I love Olight products and the Olight store has some amazing offers. If you are new to Olight the quality of the torches are superb and the new customer offer is well worth a look. I wish I had found them years ago before wasting some much money on inferior and in some cases not cheap torches. Thank you Olight UK you are amazing.

Olight are excellent and much cheaper direct than from amazon. Always seem to have some kind of discount on.

I used all of the Olight range, Baton II and Baton III, Arklight II and Perun III. I work in industry where I require all on a daily basis. I can see no other product on market that comes close.

Never had an issue with a torch. Only issue I have had is when I have lost the torches, to be quickly reordered! I even have backups now.
