Amazing omg!

Gift wrapping When buying Pandora gifts it is…

When buying Pandora gifts it is absolutely disgusting that you have to pay for the bag and the box if you buy online and it’s all put into one plain box for more than one item - makes it look cheap - I will not be buying again so greedy

Excellent m service only one disappointment of missed next day delivery as my granddaughters birthday was yesterday so as she wears only pandora she was upset.Company let me know when it would arrive

Company messaged me to let me know next day delivery at weekends are difficult that's why my grandaughter present was the next day..They messaged me twice which was considerate

This is the first time I’ve given…

This is the first time I’ve given pandora 1 star but I have no choice after how I’ve been treated I’ve brought hundreds of items, customer service is terrible I’m so upset with pandora. Things are cheap either so service should be good but it isn’t

Lack of stock

It is a shame,that we were not aware that your shops are franchises, we have bought,items before,in our local shop,but,this time I was told,they would not order an item in they did not have,and I could drive 70 miles to get one from Bluewater,this is not good customer service,and bad for the shop concerned, as we will stop shopping there,and just use the Internet.

Purchased a bracelet for my daughter

Purchased a bracelet for my daughter, but it was the wrong size. It was returned with a request for a replacement larger size. No problems at all with the process and the new one arrived safely. Thank you for your help with everything.
