My library had a very straightforward system until they introduced this abomination - did they purposefully set out to make it as confusing and complicated as possible. Even the library staff don't understand it. Absolute omnishambles.
Poor information, instructions not clear, my wallet never had enough money to complete the print so kept adding more money but would get the same message when I tried again, so added more and kept going.
Didn't get any printouts using the site, just want my money back. The request a refund link takes you to a feedback form where that say they can't refund you on a general feedback request form!? But havnt told me how to obtain a refund. Yes I am logged in. Just seems a waste of time when the place I went to can do it for you anyway without the hassle of this site.
I want to print 10 copies - it gives price range as between £4.40 and £17.60. I KNOW that my local library will cost £4.40 to print these but I am unable to print unless I add £17.60 to my account!! I don't need this and it will take FOREVER to use this amount.
