I had the wrong shake sent in error. Contacted customer service and a new one was sent out the same day. Fantastic service. Ordered several times and always comes fast. Love the taste and the texture. Best shake I’ve tasted love the chocolate !

Dreadful Customer Service. …
First time ordering from this company but son recommended so thought I’d give them a try. Order arrived late morning which was good as only ordered the previous evening. Unfortunately box was open and left on doorstep , both bottles of powder were in there but no sign of the 2 free shakers which should have also been in there. Contacted company via email who requested a picture of the box label.
Have now informed me that because the label’s weight was the same as what they shipped there is no proof that the shakers are missing. Very poor customer service as I have no reason to lie about not receiving the shakers and Evri should not have left an open box on my doorstep without logging this.
I am having to now purchase a shaker from elsewhere but I can say I will never buy from this company again , to lose a new customer over genuine missing items is very poor.

Disgusted with the customer services. I ordered the shake offer with one of protein and a free shaker. An offer came up as i was ordering and by accident ordered another two jars..I noticed this straight away and emailed customer services within 5 minutes. I was advised I couldnt cancel . I said I would return the other 2 jars and they said they are non refundable. Disgusting customer services. Will never use again !!

I have just ordered my second jar of- gone for pecan latte this time. I had chocolate before and as I am not a lover of milk I opted for water it still tastes amazing, quick tip if you mix in up with a good shake and leave it for half an hour it is really thick and filling. I haven’t been shedding pounds like most people but I do have the menopause and a underactive thyroid to compete with - it does fill me up though so has stopped me munching in the mornings.
Delivery was really quick too. Happy so far with my product
