My experience with RedMagic has been incredibly frustrating. Responses were painfully slow, often taking days, and when I did hear back, the replies felt copy pasted and completely unhelpful. It seemed like no one actually read my messages. I had to repeat the same details multiple times, only to receive generic troubleshooting steps that didn’t address the issue.
For a company positioning itself as a premium gaming brand, the support experience was anything but premium. Poor communication, minimal empathy, and no real problem-solving.
Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider purchasing from RedMagic again.
