The 1400mm guide rail is not in 2 piece its 1400mm 1 piece guide rail. This should come with plunge saw instead of the 2 x 700mm that come with plunge saw. When all joined together cuts 8x4 sheets straight no problem.

I actually managed to buy it. Read loads of reviews of the saw that said this wasn’t available as an accessory. Still in the packaging as it’s a gift. So stars are irrelevant except for the price as bought on offer.

This was a thought in progress for me cutting straight lines in a row , till I found out you need a special plunge saw for it which I quite expensive still hey ho it was cheap I may yet find a use for it.
