Contacted customer service as I ordered the wrong item. They sent me a label to print but oh no my printer was broken. No problem they then arranged a collection all within 5 days. Absolutely brilliant. Well done.

I bought 3 chains but unfortunately I bought the wrong size . There’s no way to return them & I filled in 3 forms then it said to ring . So I rang the company & the department I need closed at 4 . Why is it so hard to do a return & why do I need to ring them . This is putting me off Ryobi . Sort it out !
