Seems ok, though Ryobi service has gone down hill. Ordered this item, was never dispatched, you did not inform me, I had to chase up. Apparently you had a warehouse problem, I had to reorder and lay out more money until the first order was refunded. Not good enough.

Only takes the shorter cartridge. Once you get the hang of it, gives an excellent finish, without those pause to reset the trigger half way up the bath etc. All in all, well worth the money, particularly as an arthritis sufferer.

There are two industry sizes for the cartridges used in guns like this. Sadly I found this out only after buying this Ryobi tool which now sits unused on a shelf in my shed. This product works with the smaller of the two cartridges only which is a fact that should be made more explicit in the sales pitch.

After using a skeleton gun all my working life I thought this product looked good, but unfortunately I found it very heavy and not very easy to use, wouldn't recommend this product if you think it will make your job easy.

Excellent product. Bought it when it was on offer so it was at an excellent price. Would recommend it to any person who has difficulty with using a traditional caulking tool. As a women with small hands this tool is perfect. I have used it and can say it’s a game changer. Should have bought one years ago. Definitely recommend getting one.
