Plastic mouldings are less rigid than they could be. As a result:- The central on/off button is not very positive. The height adjustment is not positive and requires a degree of effort to alter. These drawbacks are a result of the less than rigid plastic mouldings employed in its construction. It cuts well and collects well and the no power cord advantage is huge. Why did I buy it? I have many Ryobi tools which incidentally are not flimsily constructed. Would I buy it again……hmm….. not sure. I might be tempted to look for something more rigidly built. Anyhow there it is. It works and is adequate to the job. 6 by 6 metre lawn leaves me with 2 bars of charge on the lightest cut.

The mower broke down after 5 minutes when I stopped to empty the grass that had been collected. Returned to the garage at home disappointed. I don't know what to do now as have no transport to return the item to you as I live some 2 miles from the nearest shop. What can I do the other RYOBI products I have are satisfactory.

As always the ryobi products are excellent and the lawn mower is so easy to use and cuts the lawn evenly and with no cables so easy to manoeuvre.

The battery power does not last very long, after every battery charge we only get to do a third of the lawn and the battery is flat. Surely it should last longer, also the battery is hot when removing.

First class little mower.

Nice and light, easy to use and empty. Cut level easy to change as is the battery. Only 4 stars for quality, reason being grass box stiching has come undone in one corner
