I had one hell of a job to put the buffing pad on such a tight fit but once on it seemed OK,in hindsight I wish I had bought the smaller model

Were sorry to hear that the battery life has not met your expectations.
We will only recommend & provide tools with a certain amp hour battery to try and ensure the most appropriate runtime for the tool and task it is usually used for.
