Have not used yet some good features including ease of height adjustment. Pity not a more simplified means of folding back handle to fold and reduce push handle bar length, in compact mode for storage. eg cam release on top handle bars as for lower bars. Plastic components little more flexible (less strength) than some other manufacturers. Good having two holding positions when emptying grass box. Shame no rear roller. Bought to enable ease of use by my wife without power lead. Being a push mower would not like to go for heavier model as in wider cutting mowers

No issues found does the job
easy to use by a 80 year old.
Great mower.... works well, moved over from a flymo well worth it, can beat having wheel for a better cut and no cable to drag about.
Hand levers feel very plasticity and bit annoying to fold down the handle (needs unscrewing)

Very light and easy to use and seem to work well.
A low-weight mower, even when batteries are fitted, making mowing easy. I previously had an electric mower with a trailing cable but this cordless model is more adaptable. Battery life is good and I can easily trim my lawn without re-charging. It is handy to be able to interchange batteries with my strimmer, blower and hedge cutter.
Great light weight fast sometimes cuts out dont know why. Bit expensive in my mind
Great lawn mower , saves time and energy , does what you want . The only issue & the thing I think is missing , is a lawn roller on the back of the mower . That would create a nice stripe on the lawn
I’m impressed with its power, it cuts long grass with ease.
One of the best purchases I have made. Easy to setup. Simple to use. Picks up and mulches really well. I was apprehensive moving to a battery mower. But was pleasantly surprised and impressed
Surprised how easy it was to use.
Excellent product. Easy set up. Minor hiccup with the safety isolation key not arriving with the mower but customer support sorted that very quickly. Run time with 2 batteries is sufficient for my lawns front and back, larger than average in my oppionon but not large. Good quality mower and the right weight which was required. Overall very satisfied.
Despite stating on the website that this mower could mow up to 250sq meters of lawn on one charge, mine didn't manage 50m. I had to change over batteries halfway through and then charge them (both completely depleted) afterwards. I have returned and received a full refund. Their customer service team were efficient and I received my refund quickly. Other things to note - you have to have 2 batteries plugged in (even though it only uses one at a time) and the clips to keep the lead close to the handle did not fit. I was really disappointed.

Really good all round product, quality of parts could be better as some of the measurements don't quite fit each other, other than that this thing is amazing
This is the first lawnmower I’ve ever used and I find it very easy to operate. It’s reassuring to know I cannot cut through an electrical cord, which gives me more confidence. My husband, who was cynical about my buying a battery mower, thinks it’s great and has started mowing the lawn again! It’s lightweight and easy to manoeuvre and make a neat job of the lawn. The Ryobi guarantee is great, too.
As good at cutting the grass as my old corded mower but lighter and quicker. I can cut the grass and edge it with my Ryobi strimmer with a single 5ah battery. Brilliant.
it light, its quiet. What is there not to like
Works as expected i.e. 2 cuts work better than 1 deep one so as to give it a chance. Good battery life & light to use and carry.
Been using this mower for a few weeks now. Very happy with the charge life and is perfect for my lawn size. But disappointed in the build quality I purposely went for a higher grade in the range outside of their offer hoping the quality would be better. The handle and ignition levers are really flimsy and feel like that may break when given lateral force. Also noticed that the dec adjustments do not go as low as I would like think it’s 25mm but I notice other brands go to 20mm which would be better. Battery life seems to be great but again would have liked to see the charge levels as I’m using it so I know what I have left. It has bays for 2 batteries but only one will run the other is more of a storage location so you need to switch over, I didn’t realise this when purchasing and assumed the powers draw would move across from one battery to the other when depleted. I’m terms of value I looked at other brands and this seemed to represent a good price point I also looked at dewalt as it had a metal deck and was similar price I havnt tried this one but feel the build quality may be better due to the materials used. ** update 3 months on* Fault with the spring that brings the rear flap to the box has now snapped for no reason. Have emailed customer support on the 02/06 no reply now 07/07 have finally managed to get through to the team who are working on a resolution. Unsure what this is. As suspected the quality of the parts is not up to scratch with some of the other brands. I am concerned now how long the lawn mower will last. I am using gaffa tape to hold the flap shut on the cutting box. Will update once I see how Ryobi handle this. Currently the mower is being used once a week on a small garden (so light use)
