One of the plastic joiner clips for the handle was broken on arrival. Didn’t realise until it was fully unboxed. Araldite to glue easier than returning. In use it seems slightly underpowered in terms of suction and the collecting box is on the small side. It’s ok. I wonder if competitor products are better.

the collection box is small constantly emptying product would benefit from a larger collection box and my be a shredder or built in compactor

I purchased this sweeper to use on artificial grass to pick up twigs and leaves etc. I asked customer service if this sweeper is suitable for my needs and I was told that yes it should be. but it was not. the rotating brushes do not work well on the fake grass at all as they and rotate rather slowly too. I would say that it designed to be used on hard surfaces, such as paving or concrete but definitely not grass. unfortunately it was completely inaffective for my needs

Fine for domestic use but the label for rough and smooth surfaces appears reversed. I have sent a question to Ryobi but so far no response after 10 days.

Only used a few times so far to clear debris from our tarmac roadway. It is a public right of way and farm vehicles are dropping a lot of mud at this time. Obviously the machine does not like the large, wet clumps of mud but works well on everything else.
