Does the job, cuts twigs and branches and for those with weak or painful wrists it works well.

It does it's job but is a bity cumbersome (better with the smaller battery) and does not cut 25mm branches as claimed.

Ryobi tools are the very best. I am a lady of 74, I have the grass strimmer, patio cleaner, leaf vacuum, torch and chainsaw! All fantastic.

I find this quite funny, being asked to review an item that was returned a week ago, due to it not working. Incidentally, I am still waiting on an acknowledgement that the item was received by Ryobi and a replacement sent.
