The Stapler is a great tool and this is the first one I’ve had that is cordless and what a difference not having to have a long extension that usually gets in the way. This is an excellent tool and a good addition to my toolbox.

The tools themselves are great, but the postage experience was terrible. I had to get my order sent to my brother in England, who then forwarded it on to me in Northern Ireland. Ryobi clearly haven’t done their homework when it comes to shipping here. For the record, you do not need customs forms to send items from Great Britain to Northern Ireland — it should be no different than sending from Manchester to Southampton. We are all still in the UK. Yet Ryobi treat NI customers as if we’re overseas, which adds unnecessary hassle and cost. Come on Ryobi, get a grip and sort out your shipping policy for Northern Ireland.
