This is a good tool, but the down side is if you haven't got it level or flat too the surface, it won't fire.but apart from that it's a good tool especially the trigger action, not much pressure required too fire it.

I recently purchased various from Ryobi, and it arrived in poor condition. Despite returning it nearly two months ago, I have faced ongoing frustration trying to get a resolution. Customer service rarely responds and consistently fails to return calls as promised. The entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I strongly recommend considering another brand if you value reliable customer support and hassle-free transactions.
