Normally excellent products, this vacuum I found average. It’s not light to use but does the job.

This works very well and at any angle, It's quite large but well made and feels like it will last a long time. The suction is good and the dirty water tank is easy to empty. The perspex battery cover clip is too slack and the cover makes the machine bulkier than it needs to be so I will be removing the cover ASAP. Despite this I am very happy with the machine and makes the window cleaning a simple task.

My widow vac had a performance problem and by arrangement it was returned ( bare ) to Ryobi for a replacement, yet to arrive.

A bit disappointed with this item and had to be returned. I found it extremely heavy to use because of the battery. Also the battery got in the way when cleaning windows.
