I bought this because last year I 'invested in the Ryobi 18V+ range for garden products. When my trusty Karcher finally became unreliable (the stopper on the water container would not seal and the battery life degraded severely) after at least 10 years use. Although I have 2 x 5ma batteries, when I looked at the weights of 2 Ma battery Vs the 5 Ma I thought it prudent to go lighter and get an additional 2 Ma battery. The vacuum is still heavy and cumbersome with the smaller battery. The suction power is good and the unit feels robust. Battery life if much better than the 10 yr Karcher.

I can't rate this product as again not been delivered i think someone needs to speak with your delivery people as thus as been ordered sent back reordered and still not received the product I think someone should have a word with driver he is nit trying to find us no one else as trouble 4 times he as tried to find us

Window vac excellent but the window washer very poor quality broke on the first use . I have loads of Ryobi tools but this does not come up to there standard,very disappointed ☹️

Replaceable battery is an advantage over the more well known brand. Unfortunately its the only one. Heavy, inconvenient design, small usable tank.

It is very efficient at what it does and is also very quiet which are positive. On the negative side it is large and cumbersome and very heavy making it awkward to use on internal windows with a ledge.
