This is a fantastic tool for drilling and driving in tight spaces. The type of tool that makes you think "why didn't I have one of these years ago" and will make many jobs so much easier for you to get done right and tight.

I have 25 one plus tools and 6 brushless Tools. This angle drill is as good as every other tool. I can only recommend.

I have found that the chuck is not as good as those fitted to the rest of the Ryobi drills. It is dificult to tighten adequatly and easily becomes loose during use.

Why do I feel I have been conned by Ryobi I was interested in a RAD18C-O Brushless Compact Angle Drill but unfortunately it was out of stock. I requested Ryobi to inform me when it was back in stock, they did so on 15th December no other information was received. On 19th I placed an order and paid £123.99, it was delivered on 23rd. Bearing in mind Christmas holiday period on 1st January I was asked to rate the tool. Up to that date I hadn’t used. Today 5th January I received a Roybi leaflet addressed to me by post. Now I find that I could purchase a 4ah battery and charger for £99.99 and had the RAD18C-O FREE yes FREE. I am sure Ryobi will come up with every rubberstamp reply necessary to justify the lack of information that was already available within their confines and failed to disseminate but it leaves a very nasty lump in my mind as I could have basically paid £24.00 less and also had a battery and charger. All in all its called poor customer service Tool has not been in use as yet. This review has not been posted as of 6th January......WHY?
