Reasonable value tool, with easy grinding disc replacement. However, 4* not 5* because I will comment more generally that Ryobi's offers on added batteries etc. are confusing and buyers should beware - the batteries on offer(s)/added free are often older models without the same performance as some of the newer lithium+ and lithium+ hp which can contain superior quality and performance individual lithium battery cells inside and are usually more expensive than the ones being given away free/on offer - always check the exact ryobi battery product codes to make sure you understand what they are actually offering, what you are buying and getting. This really matters too because there are some quirks re use of ryobi batteries for other tool brands and vice versa, **see summary below). The same applies to their tools, especially those on offer... I would be far happier (and buy more) if they actually discounted More of their top of range HP products rather than typically and repeatedly discounting the older lower levels (presumably largely to help clear their stocks of those more inferior tools, many of which, not being from the more expensive HP line of tools, actually have less great reviews eg see YouTube etc.). Having said that they did just very recently advertise a FEW of the HP tools as being on offer - much more of that would be really great, thank you Ryobi! **AI generated quick guide:- Quick Guide: Ryobi Battery Adapters & HP Tools -Can you use Ryobi batteries in other tools? Yes, with an adapter, but be careful. Ryobi batteries rely on the tool for low-voltage cutoff. Using them in a different brand (like Milwaukee or DeWalt) can drain the battery to 0% and permanently kill the cells. -Can you use other batteries in Ryobi HP tools? Yes, but you lose the "HP" (High Performance) advantage. Ryobi HP tools have extra contact pins for power communication that third-party adapters don't have.
