I have no issue with the product but the lack of instruction manuals without any clue as to what does what is just lazy and cheap. Yes it's just a drill and easy to work. But if this was my first purchase and I had never used a power drill etc just ridiculous.

Never received after 3weeks. They initially sent the wrong order. Phoned 4 times, picked up the wrong order but have still not sent my drill bought and paid for on the 7th November.
