Bought this to save using a corded machine, what a mistake, it lasts less than 10 minutes on a full power. This machine is only for a tiny garden. You will have to finish the with a corded machine. Too expensive for what it does. Utter useless.

Lightweight and more portable than corded or petrol vacuum. Great to be able switch between blower and vacuum in same tool
Excellent items
Much bigger and heavier than expected.

We have tried twice to get a cordless leaf blower. Each tool was incorrect and returned. We already have 2 batteries and a charger for the one system, which would not fit 1st tool. The 2nd did not work and the bag was wrong size. Very disappointing.

Always a bit wary of leaf blower/vacuums and the calim of what they can do. However, this one is spot on, on full power picks up wet leafs with ease so far very impressed with it.
So much better without an Electric cable 😀
It does what is described as, we are pleased with our purchase
Battery does not last long at all and sun too. Not as great as expected

With three modes/ speeds of suction it makes clearing up even stubborn damp leaves an easy task
Good product, lightweight and easy to manoeuvre because of the wheels at the base. Currently only used as a vacuum. It has successfully collected all debris.
Great machine picks up all the debris of the leaves etc that collects around the property.
Nice original price reduction. Sturdy and robust, if not a little challenging to put it all together. The YouTube video helped immensely. The motor is powerful and the mulching greatly assists in producing compost or reduces the volume of leaves to put in your garden waste.
The Vacuum part is pretty good but as a blower its a bit pointless
From a professional gardener: I ordered this leaf blower/vaccuum 'cause my OBV18 died. I thought that this item would be better due to the high power facility despite the lower price. I was wrong. As delivered the high power setting was roughly the same as the normal setting on my OBV18. The flared end of the vaccuum tube affected the vaccuum efficiency - I have now cut the flared end off the tube and repositioned the wheels and it is far better now (even on minimum power) and is now on par with the OBV18 - a pity I can't add pictures. The on/off button is a press pad which needs to be depressed for a couple of seconds before it starts - a bit irritating and would've preffered the instant OBV 18 trigger start. The collection bag is difficult to get on and off - would've preffered the OBV18 system (much easier and quicker). On a positive note, I liked the easy twist and pull removal of the handle unit from the tubes to clear a jamb from the fan and cutter. The collection bag is nice and big and has a loooooong zip which aids quick emptying. A 5amp battery lasts a little less than on the OBV18 but not a problem for me. Weight wise this tool is only a little heavier than the OBV18. So, a summary. If you're a handyman and modify the tool as I have done you will save a few pennies by not buying the OBV18. If you're not handy then spend a little more on the OBV18 which I recommend. All-in-all Ryobi would've done better by keeping the OBV18 design as much as possible and designing the high power facility within it (they could call it OBV18 ONE+HP), whilst keeping the OBV18 as a separate model in its own right. So, after the modifications, I am happy with this tool.
I found this garden vac a bit unwieldy to use as I am quite small, but my husband found it easy to use.
I bought the blower a couple of weeks ago, which I thought was a great buy but when i spoke to neighbours about how they deal with the large amount of leaves in their gardens they all said they use a blower vacuum ( we just moved into the neighbourhood within the last few weeks}. So I bought the Ryobi Blower vacuum because I had bought a number of Ryobi garden tools in the past. This is truely a game changer tool. the back garden looks as good as everyone else's. I would give this tool 5 stars all day long.
Very handy with no messing about with cabkes
It performs very well runs out of charge fairly quick though I think for the price that the battery should come with it cause you do really need to have two batteries if you’re good more than 20 minutes of use
After assembling all the tubes etc with the aid of rubber hammer everything worked perfectly. The switch for how power is used and the diverter control from blow to suck was sensibly sited near the handle.
